Never used their carpet cleaning service but word of advice… If you’re going to allow someone to drive your company labeled van around, at least ensure they are a competent driver. Whoever you had in a van traveling down NorthHampton Blvd. today almost killed 3 people in less than a quarter mile driving erratic. Embarrassing.

Excellent work, they've partnered with my landlord to provide free services after renewal.

I want to first start off saying the young man that came to clean my carpet very sweet & professional and I appreciate you showing up in a timely manner I forgot his name sorry. My carpet ? For $95 it still looks the exact same as it did before .

Juan is awesome and has great rapport with our office! He always finds a way to get the job done:) I went to lunch and closed the office, but he tracked down maintenance and was able to complete the job without rescheduling. Life saver!!!!!!

Ty did an amazing job on my grandmothers carpet. He definitely made them look brand new. If East Coast can’t do it , it can’t be done !

Carpets cleaned well however some of the dirty smelly water was poured into my bathtub I had previously scrubbed and cleaned since I’m moving out. Now the whole house smells like dirty water. I think it would be wise to make sure all the techs know to dispose of water outside or have some sort of cleaning solution to pour down after disposing the water in the house. My place smelled clean from top to bottom. Now I have to go clean the bathroom again. Attention to detail is paramount. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I was very pleased with service I received from Keith the other day. He was on time, professional, and knowledgeable of the job. He explained exactly what he would do, and completed the service in a timely manner. I will be using this company again in the future

My window was 9-1 Brad called exactly 9am and was ready he was super nice..my carpet is apartment grade and pretty old its much cleaner than it was and he gave me pointers to help it stay that way think I might do it again in 6 months

Received a voucher from my apartment complex to have my carpet cleaned from this company this month. The guy was in and out in under 20 mins.. and it’s 3 bedroom apartment. Let’s just say, I have another appointment to have my carpet clean through a different company.

This was the best company I’ve ever dealt with. They were so communicative from the beginning through email about scheduling to the tech calling on his way over. The techs did a fantastic job and the company even called afterwards to make sure everything went well.

Keith is AMAZING! Had a random leak from Hurricane Ian so I called on a Saturday and he was there within an hour! Explained everything in detail to me and job was well followed-up and completed within 2 days. Price was UNBEATABLE. Call them first, you won't be sorry!
