Lost my whole entire apartment deposit ($1,077) because of this company. They lied by stating there was “excessive pet urine” and therefore the carpet needed to be replaced. We have a 7 year old lab who is professionally trained and has NEVER EVER had an accident in the home past the age of 1 year. Very rarely he has had small bouts of acid reflux. The two times that has happened we immediately cleaned it with cleaner. At best, the carpet could’ve used a steam clean NOT a full replacement- but why would a company steam clean when they could make more money by just replacing the carpet?

We have used East Coast Carpets for years to clean resident apartment homes. They do excellent work and pay attention to every detail. They also do dryer vent cleaning which has been incredibly helpful. We have been working with John for years and we found out he took a couple days off. We were heartbroken, because he is a favorite. A technician Micah came out to do some work for us. He was professional, had a great attitude and was wearing his PPE which we all appreciated. We also appreciated his positive attitude and will to help us on short notice. Thank you to Lisa and her team! They always make us feel we are a priority going above and beyond.

I began using ECCC back in the late 90s. They have been prompt, professional, and are the best at removing stains. They've even cleaned my furniture. I wouldn't use any other company.

I used East Coast Carpet Care to clean the carpet in my home. Lisa and Lee in the office were friendly and fast. Justin arrived when expected and announced his arrival. His work was amazing. This company and employees are the Best !! I will say that as a property I have been using them for 8 years now and I've maybe had 2 issues and they fixed them that day ! This company is always wonderful its the only one that we use now after trying many others to find a reliable carpet care company.We have 3 dogs and they always come to the rescue . We've been using them now for many years. We've also used them for our mattress and other things in the house. Great prices and great work consistently. Thank you East Coast. Lazar did such an amazing job at our Pembroke Towers building!! I am overly impressed. He did our hallways and tile for the building! looks great!! The gym floors are impeccable. This guy is amazing. I seen him on hands and knees ensuring to get every inch cleaning, I love it. Should have him come out more to our building! we can not stop raving— love his work!

I had called last minute to schedule a carpet cleaning and i had Devant and LA come out within 20 minutes of me calling. Both men were friendly, respectful, and professional. They took their time and did a great job. Didn't feel like they rushed to get in and out like some places I had come out before. Our carpet was in bad shape with two kids running around on it constantly. East Coast had an appointment available the very next day after I called and the price was so reasonable. Darnell called me when he was on his way and he and LA were both great - friendly, courteous and FAST! I'm not kidding when I say my carpet looks (almost) brand new again - thrilled with the condition the cleaning left it in. Thanks Darnell, LA, and Lisa at East Coast for a great experience! They did an amazing job and even went the extra mile to ensure proper replacement vents were ordered by the property maintenance staff here! The heating/cooling system is way more efficient now!
