Professional team, great dryer vent cleaning. Worth the price.

Living out in a more wooded part of Chesapeake, we always worry about critters finding their way into our home's exterior openings. The technician not only cleared a shocking amount of packed lint from our long line but also installed a heavy-duty bird guard over the vent cap to keep wildlife out. It gives me total peace of mind knowing our system is safe and clear ahead of the summer heat.

Chesapeake humidity always makes laundry feel like a bigger chore this time of year. After dealing with longer drying times for weeks, I finally scheduled a vent cleaning, and I wish I had done it sooner. The dryer works much more efficiently now, and the whole process was easier than expected.

I noticed my dryer was making a loud, straining noise lately, almost like it was struggling to push air out. A neighbor recommended a dryer vent cleaning before I called a repairman. The tech found that the external bird guard was completely matted over with wet lint. Once he did the vent cleaning, the noise stopped instantly and the air was blowing strong outside again. It's amazing how such a simple service can make such a huge difference in how a machine runs.

The dryer stopped working completely while I was in the middle of using it, and wouldn't start at all. My husband had to call Super Dryer Service in Chesapeake to find out what was wrong with it. The tech found out that the safety switch called a thermal fuse blew because the pipe was too clogged with lint. He replaced the switch and cleaned out the entire vent so the heat could escape! Now, it works better than the usual PLUS we don't have to buy a new dryer!

T.Beasley came to my home today. Was very professional, exactly on time. Answered my questions. We’ve had other estimates but this one made me feel at ease and less anxious. The other contractor would not send me the estimate insisting that it goes directly to the insurance and I would not see it. That made me nervous. Mr Beasly did not have a problem sending me the estimate as well as the insurance company. It is easier to trust a company (like this one) that is transparent.

The guys were all very polite and very considerate about cleaning up after themselves. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. We were all ( including our dog) very impressed and happy.

Wow! What fantastic service! We had water damage. What we didn't know was it was way more extensive than we thought. Our Remediation Technicians (Joshua and Tony) worked relentlessly to resolve our problem. It was necessary to dry out a downstairs bathroom and the kitchen! They had to remove appliances and cabinets and crawl under the house to correct the damage including removal of mold. It was a huge job. Today, they explained the last few steps to be completed. Tomorrow they should finish up! Already my house smells wonderful. Thank you Joshua and Tony from Jenkins Environmental!

I don't know about their environmental services nor will ever use them, but the drivers of their vehicles seem to have a serious case of road rage. During my drive on route 164, I encountered a driver who continuously stayed in the left lane, causing a traffic jam. Whenever someone tried to pass on the right, the driver would suddenly speed up to prevent them from overtaking. This forced other drivers to exit onto the on-ramp in order to get around him. I have submitted a video of this incident along with a complaint to the Virginia State police website, so that if any accidents occur in the future due to these drivers, there will be a record of it. A quick note to the owner. Just remember the thousands of dollars you spend on advertising on your truck works both ways. You can gain customers from it or lose customers. Today, I'm sure you lost a few.

We needed emergency support due to water damage, with concern of mold. The team of Jenkins environmental technicians came the next day. They were well prepared, efficient, polite and cleaned with the area with professionalism. If you need a job done on issues such as possible mold, this is the group and company to call. They are as good as the references we read. Thanks for such a timely and proficient job.

Excellent work great people

David cleaned my condo carpets on a short notice after my tenants moved out and he did an excellent job removing dirt and stains and restoring the fluffiness of the carpets. He was very flexible with scheduling and I was able to schedule during the weekend. He is also a very personable guy and his prices are very fair.
