Terrible cleaning job and the carpet smelled musty afterwards. Tried to contact him to figure out if he needed to come back. He said he wouldn't do it again and hung up on me. Tried to call back and wouldn't answer the phone again. I now have to hire actual professionals to come clean.

We made a purchase from this man/company, the product broke down the very next day and after attempting to speak with David to make things right we have had to file a claim in civil court to recoup the $2000 spent with him. I cannot say that we would recommend someone who cannot be trusted and if there were an option to leave negative stars I certainly would have. I am sure David would not be so complacent if he was out 2000 hard earned dollars!

I have been using this company for about 7 years. I've recommended him to everyone when asked about carpet cleaning company. He's amazing and his rates are fare. Don't waste your time with the larger, national companies. This man knows what he's doing. My carpets always look new again. Amazing job. I can't give enough positive comments to justify just how good he is.

David did an amazing job. He got stains out of that carpet that I was sure were going to be costly marks against my security deposit. He did it efficiently and professionally, with a smile on his face, and all in the pouring rain. When he tells you he’s the best, he isn’t just flapping his jaws—he’s the best!

This is our 3rd carpet cleaning with David and each time the carpet has looked better! In the past I would find a coupon and use different cleaning services because they all seemed to be equally average or poor. A few days after they left, stains would reappear. David's system is different and highly effective. He is keeping a 14 year old carpet if excellent condition!

I called last minute and he was able to come at a moments notice his work is unmatched and is attention to detail and knowledge is astounding I couldn’t be more pleased I was located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and pets left the carpet a mess and it was no issue for him and he even agreed to touch up my car for for me thank you for my brand new carpet!

I had my carpet cleaned on May 26, 2023. I felt ripped off! Highly dissatisfied and upset. The carpet was still dirty after I looked at it really good. I used a rag to scrub an area and it was dirty. I went over the carpet 3 times with my carpet cleaner and the water was muddy. I was not given a receipt and I forgot to ask for it. I used my sink and water ran from the pipe underneath on the floor and squirted from the faucet when I turned it on. I didn't know he used my water and I pay for water. I trusted he would do a professional job because I have never had these problems from any other service and they did not use my water. I called his service and was informed that he uses his customers water and he would come to fix the sink. He should have refunded my money. I did not trust him to do anything more. I will never used this service again or recommend it.

David is nothing short of amazing and is in my opinion the best carpet cleaner in the Hampton Roads area. My 15 year old carpets look amazing because he doesn't use a lot of soap and actually buff them. I have recommended him to all my friends and would challenge you to try him and you won't be disappointed. Great service and prices.
