New water heater looks amazing! He was very nice and would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a job done.

Joana V. Did such an amazing job. She took her time to figure out what was wrong and she stayed longer to make sure our power didn’t trip. She explained what the issue was. She came on time and also let me know ahead of time when she will be arriving. I’m very happy with her service and I highly recommend.

Had my annual HVAC inspection/maintenance performed and my technician, Chantz Beasley was outstanding! He called in advance to confirm his ETA and performed his duties with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He showed me pictures of my equipment and test results, that I didn’t understand, but he explained every aspect thoroughly. It’s unfortunate that we can’t request specific technicians because he was great!!

Very professional and on time service. Actually early but he called before coming early to make sure it was okay and it definitely was. Standrick was great and very helpful figuring out all our options for a solution with our fan. Would definitely recommend this company to others and will call here again if any other issues in our house arise.

Danny the electrician was very fast in arriving to our home. I would say 20 minutes after we called Michael and Sons, he called right after and told us he was on his way. Very efficient. This happened on a Sunday night when nine of our plugs was not working, including the plug for the refrigerator. Very professional and he fixed the problem right away.

Hunter did a great job from top to bottom! Had a plumbing issue and service was done professionally and efficiently. He took the time to explain and answer any questions we had both before and after working. We have 2 dogs and a cat who can be judgemental of strangers and they all loved him which made the experience even more positive.

Hunter even took the time to answer some broader questions we had about other heating/electrical work we may be looking at in the future. Great experience and hope he remains our tech in future experiences with the company!

Super quick turnaround, great service and reasonable pricing. The job was finished within 3 days of my original call. The plumber (Brandon) was very punctual and friendly and completed the diagnosis and installation efficiently. Really good experience overall

Called in regards to a electrical issue with my hot water heater, within 24 hours someone was on the way to assist. Erik the electrician dispatched was easy to talk to, very professional and seemed quite knowledgeable. The cost was a little more than I was hoping but I don't really have any point of comparison so I'm not sure of the market average. Overall I am happy with the service received.

Hunter came in quickly determined the issue with a busted pipe in the wall, and went straight to work. During the installation he noticed things that could have prevented the issue in the first place and corrected them as well. All in all I am very very pleased with his expertise and how quickly Michael and Sons reacted. I had called multiple plumbers and none could get here fast enough. I will recommend them and Hunter to everyone I know.

The plumber was polite and respectful and fixed a leaking valve in my laundry room in a timely manner, his customer service was outstanding. I greatly appreciated that! And of course I can run my washer now so, overall great experience.

Michael & Sons always does the best work! Our technician Jason Bernasconi installed our new water heater today. Always on time, prepared, and communication was professional from start to finish. Jason removed our ancient water heater and expertly installed the new one in just a couple hours. Thanks to Jason and Michael & Sons!

2 old electrical outlets were replaced. Orion explained everything that he was doing and why it was necessary. When he was done he cleaned up the areas. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend his work to my friends for electrical work without hesitation. 5 star work. Will definitely call them to have my remaining electrical outlets updated.

Scott and James his assistant were so polite, efficient, professional and prompt! They replace my toilet after the inspection quickly and cleanly. I could not be more pleased with their work.10 out of 10 Highly recommend!!!

Jacksson M was absolutely phenomenal! He came out last minute to help us hang a massive 12-foot ceiling chandelier in our entryway, and the results were stunning. He was incredibly professional, communicative, and went out of his way to make sure we had the best experience possible. The level of customer service was top-notch — it’s rare to find someone so skilled and genuinely committed to doing the job right. We’re so happy with the work and will definitely be calling on Jackson again for future projects. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I've used their services, and they were great! They were very prompt to my emergency. Bryce, the plumber, found the leak quickly and informed us of what the repair would entail. As an added service, they sent their restoration representative to assess damages in my crawl space from the leak; I didn't even have to ask for that. Their team of restoration personnel (Marvin, Rob and Ryan) have been great to work with!! I would definitely use their services again!

My service agent was great. She figured out my problem quickly and didn't just try to take my money for the sake of it. She told me my water heater was still under warranty and I would be able to get a free part through Lowes. It was great to have a plumber who didn't just want to take money but wanted to help a customer. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
