We had some plumbing issue's two days before Thanksgiving. My daughter recommended Michael & Son Services, I am so glad she did. Our technician was Seth Lunsford came out and fixed our plumbing issue's.He did an extraordinary job. Seth is so knowledgeable and courteous. He was so respectful of our property. Michael &Son deserves 10 stars actually. Dave was so professional and this company really proved that they care about their customers. I had no heat or hot water because my water tank needed some repairs. Dave was able to fix everything that was needed in a few hours. I thank Dave and this company for looking out for me. Kindness goes a long way and on top of professionalism, kindness was extended. Thank you !

Michael and Sons employee Brain "Scott" came out and was so knowledgeable. He went above and beyond. He was so patient with me and working with my Home Warranty and answering all their questions. Honestly I am not surprised Michael and Son's has the best employees. Thank you Scott for everything!

Michael & Son Services exceeded my expectations. I used them to repair 2 toilets and install a new faucet.
Communication was great. Pricing was fair. My plumber Seth was professional and neat but also very personable. He took care with every detail.

Bryce Beckwith is an excellent technician With Michael & Sons. He answered many questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable & experienced. He had the new sump pump on hand in his truck to complete the job. Top rated company and a pleasure to do business with.

Michael "Brandon" Hollifield was our plumber tech. A pipe in my wall burst and after I turned the water off at the street I called them for an emergency appointment. Brandon was extremely professional, knew exactly what he was doing/what needed to be done and also fixed the indoor water shut off because it was not working. Gave us a great price! Would 10 out of 10 recommend him to come to your rescue!!! He even did an estimate for me for something that should have been on my water heater when it was replaced a couple years ago. I couldn't do that today, but scheduled him for next Monday to come back and he said he would give us the discounted price, not the full price. Love this guy! Very straight forward, showed us exactly what he was going to do to fix everything - I just don't know how to write all the great things about him!

We recently had an emergency issue with our breaker box and called Michael & Son Electrical. Our electrical technician, Jacksson Maldonado, arrived quickly and provided outstanding service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and able to troubleshoot the problem efficiently. Jacksson explained everything clearly, offered helpful recommendations, and gave us detailed estimates for potential improvements to our electrical panel.

He also took the time to walk us through the benefits of the Essential Membership, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the service was excellent, especially for a Friday night emergency call. We’re very grateful for Jacksson’s professionalism and expertise, and we highly recommend Michael & Son Electrical.

Jason did a fantastic job repairing and replacing parts of our faulty gas line and stove hook up. He was friendly and did a fantastic job.

We have had multiple services with Michael &Sons and they do great work! They have replaced and installed a new HVAC system for us as well as done multiple plumbing repairs. 10/10 recommend

Chad McGuire with Michael and Sons came to determine what the problem was with the water flow in my kitche. He came back to install a new faucet and he is a very professional young man. He walked me through everything he was doing and if anything changed, he provided detail information on what needed to be done and made sure I was OK with the change. I would recommend him to anyone for plumbing needs.

So grateful for the amazing tech named Orion that was placed on our service request! He was ready to get this ceiling fan up for us despite our ceiling being vaulted and over 20 ft! He called to let us know when he was on his way (during our service window), showed up promptly, was quick about install, cleaned up the work area and was overall kind. Plan to use this company in the future and have him assist on our future projects!

Danny resolved the problem which I thought was a bad circuit breaker but turned out to be a bad electrical outlet. He had to trouble troubleshoot to locate the issue and it quickly and fix the problem thoroughly. Great job

Bryce with Michael & Son did an amazing job with replacing toilets in our house. He was very thorough with the inspection, knowledgeable and helpful during the process. The team has been prompt with scheduling and completing services. Joana also helped with some electrical repairs. She did an amazing job as well and helped get everything up to par. They’re all very nice and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them for your plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs.

Work that was conducted was explained prior, during, and afterwards in detail for transparency. Scott’s kindness, craftsmanship, and care gave me the impression the company was family owned with that level of care and service.

Scott made repairs that was outside of the scope of work instead of taking advantage of a quick sale for a tankless water heater. The integrity speaks volumes of his character and who Michael & Son employ.

If you are a One Hour Heating, I’d recommend looking into Michael & Son. They are sympathetic under emergencies, stay transparent, offer more services, and provide a better experience.

Jacksson did a terrific job rewiring 3 bedrooms a hall way and bathroom. He was awesome at answering all our questions and took the time to explain everything to us. He did a great job in a timely manner. He was very professional and respectful twords us our animals and our home. Thank you so much for your service.

The stars are reflecting service on the electrician I had come out, Joana. She was absolutely amazing. It was great to watch her dive into my electrical issues with full confidence in what she was doing. She answered all of my questions and made sure that I fully understood what were talking about. She went above and beyond with helping me locate and understand certain breakers. My issue was with my GFCI outlet no longer working. The pricing I found to be expensive but sometimes thats what you have to pay for an expert. The dispatch fee is 69.99 but that is waived if you have the work done. For the troubleshooting was $266.xx and then a rough number to have the GFCI replace was over $300, and thats on top of the $266. A GFCI is about $20 from a hardware store, so do with that information what you will. If I have any more electrical issues I will surely request for Joana.

I was told my fireplace valve needs replacing by another company.
Joseph arrived in a timely manner, called ahead and was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He was able to get my next appointment scheduled while he was here.
He replaced my gas fireplace valve and fired up my fireplace that we were unable to use since we bought the home, 5 years ago.
I’ve had great customer service at every interaction since calling Michael & Son.
