Jason Bernasconi did a great job replacing old Crest water supply lines that had started to fail and leak. Highly recommend Michael and Sons for your plumbing issues. Jason was highly professional and got the job done, 100% satisfied with the work performed.

I had the pleasure of working with Jason from Michael & Son, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived right on time, carried himself with complete professionalism, and immediately set a tone of confidence and competence.

What stood out most was Jason’s willingness to explain every step of the work in clear, practical terms. He didn’t rush through anything—he took the time to walk me through what he was seeing, why certain repairs were necessary, and how his experience guided the best approach. That level of transparency is rare and genuinely appreciated.

The actual work was done with precision and care, and the results speak for themselves. Everything was completed neatly, efficiently, and to a very high standard. It’s clear Jason takes pride in doing the job right.

Amazing experience with Jason Bernasconi. He leaves no stones unturned with making sure that the customer is always taken care of. He arrived on time for every appointment and completes work in the time he estimates from the beginning. He performed a gas line installation to install a gas range, and the inspector who came to certify the work was astonished at how clean it was performed. Based on tech’s work, it would be 5/5. My only complaint is that their tech dispatch service doesn’t seem to be fully synced. They have sent the incorrect tech to my home (electrician for an hvac job) and it took several days to be contacted to schedule my final inspections. And when I was first trying to get questions answered for my Hoa to get the work approved, I had to pull teeth to get in contact with someone to answer my questions. I will still definitely return to Michael and Son’s for future projects.

It's tough having your hot water heater go out in the dead of winter. Michael & Son had the cheapest service call and diagnostic fee of any of the companies I called, and they had the quickest appointment time available.
The technician Dave showed up on time, 3 pm, and tried to fix our Bosch tankless hot water heater. It was 18 years old and the manufacturer no longer made parts to repair it, so we had to get a new one installed. Dave did the installation of the new hot water heater the next day. It works great.
It's not cheap to purchase a tankless hot water heater, and have it installed. It was way more than the last one we had put in. I hope this one will last longer, to make it worth the cost, $6,100. We did purchase a service agreement that reduced the cost by about $1,000.
I feel like the service was great but the cost of the new hot water heater and installation cost is way more than it should be, but we went ahead with the installation due to not having the time to shop around.

The service I had was amazing! That's about where the good begins and ends.... I just needed a new control panel for my hot water heater. They declined that work and wanted to change the entire unit. Okay I get it, its 10 years old, probably not a bad idea. I requested a quote and when I saw it my jaw about hit the floor. Just shy of 4 grand!!! (Gas 40 gallon water heater). I immediately got quoted for the exact same unit for 1300. Listen I have been using them my for HVAC needs for years. I will continue to use them for years. I will NEVER call them for their plumbing services again. I will NOT reccomend....what a shame..

The service was good but not happy about someone removing my tile when I had no e steer leak in area and they took my tile. I keep calling and no one want to talk to me. I am teaching higher in the company to let them know what is going on. Thanks

If I could give zero stars I would. We have had Michael and Son’s out numerous times over the years. They are expensive for the quality of work and the most recent issue we’ve had is our last straw.
We bought an entirely new unity from them in 2023. Woke up the week before Christmas to no heat and unit completely off and not sending enough power to our thermostat. They sent a technician out who said we need a new thermostat. They wanted to charge us $299 to replace it (which is a 5-10 minute process). We opted to replace the thermostat ourselves. That did NOT fix the problem. The new thermostat was having the same problem as the original thermostat (turning on when plugged into a charger/ outlet, but dying from not receiving power from the unit).
I called Michael and Son’s back and they were going to charge me ANOTHER diagnostic fee to have someone come back out to diagnose THE SAME ORIGINAL PROBLEM we were having since their solution didn’t rectify the problem.
They said it was because we changed the thermostat and not them. Regardless of who changed the thermostat, the issue needing to be solved is the same. It’s not a thermostat issue if the same issue is happening to two completely different thermostats. This company cared more about $89 than good customer service for someone who has dropped nearly $14,000 with them. Insanely unprofessional.

Bait and Switch. Advertised on their site a HVAC Tune up which listed cleaning as part of the $69 service. Technician seemed nice, but arrived 1 1/2 hours late without calling and told me he was here to do an inspection at $69 and then we can discuss the cost of cleaning and treatment of the coils at an additional price. Bait and Switch…

Canceled and will reach out to another company that won’t advertise one service and then up charge you upon arrival.
