Wayne and company were extremely fast and efficient. They serviced my call with priority and professionalism when others were TOO BUSY. Their product, service and character were bar none some of the best I've seen in years. Highly recommended.

They fixed the existing unit when it so easy to convince me to get a new one. Trust me, it was a very old one too. Once it was completed, the cost was far below what I expected. They are now my go-to for HVAC and will get them to replace the system within the coming year.

The guys from On Time were outstanding! My AC went out in the middle of the night. So I started calling around to have it diagnosed. On Time came recommended by a neighbor. They were here fast and confirmed that I would need a new AC unit. They gave me a great deal on a new unit and then got started the next morning. They were very professional and kind and they did an amazing job installing the AC. I highly recommend on time and will definitely be using them for all of my heating and air needs.

I received same day service and Wayne Hunt was assigned to me to check out my A/C unit. Wayne was on time as scheduled, Wayne communicated with me as he did his diagnostic check. After recent thunderstorms in the area the A/C stopped working at my mothers house. I called some of the businesses which I saw commercials for, and was offered either a monthly membership for quicker service or it would take days for them to get on their schedule. I kept searching and ran across On Time and the service was great. No hassle to join a monthly membership, and they were able to come out that same day. They diagnosed the problem and had the A/C up and running in a hour. I appreciate their professional service and the willingness to take questions explaining what was going on, and how they were going to fix it. I highly recommend this business above the commercialized competitors.

On Time Heating and Cooling was fantastic. I can’t really comment on appointment time as I called them for an asap emergency call. They were out the next day and they fit me in late after a full work day for them. It was hot out with heat index in the 100’s and they still fit me vice leaving me hang till the next day, of which I really appreciate. This is my new AC company, they earned my business and now loyalty. Very professional, knows their craft and basically did a whole study on my system and can give answers to any questions I have in the future. 6 Stars!
