Wayne was very clean, respectful and professional on time and accurate work completed in a timely fashion and everything was left clean and as it was prior to his arrival.

The team was So Professional. My heating problem was quickly assessed and fixed without any hassle. Everything was explained to me prior to any work being done as well. You won't regret using their service.

Our heat went out and On Time Heating & Air Conditioning came through for us. They showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue right away and had everything up and running in no time. The technician was professional, efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable.
I’m so grateful for their fast service, especially with a disabled child who depends on a stable home environment. We’ll definitely be using them from now on and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable HVAC service.

Paid $99 diagnostic fee and still have not received a replacement quote.
Will update post if / when we receive an update.

07/25 - Update still have no estimate and went with MSCO- they have a far better customer service.

They came out to my brother's house in February and did an initial inspection to see what was wrong with the HVAC and charged him $129. The tech swiped his credit card. Then a couple of days later they started sending me text messages and calling saying the $129 did not go through and until he paid that they couldn't do anything. I told them he was in the hospital with pneumonia and Wayne said ok let us know when he gets out and we will go from there. My brother is 73 has COPD and is on oxygen. They came back out in March and charged him and additional $711. He has a home warranty company infact they are the ones that sent this company. My brother and myself have been trying to get Wayne to send the paperwork in for him to be reimbursed for what they cover. He finally sent a tech out over a week ago who said you have a leak but couldn't tell us what it would cost to fix it. My brother called the warranty company yesterday and was told that Wayne refused to come out and fix his system and didn't send any documents for the $840 that my brother paid. So he now has to find someone else and pay more money without getting any of what he paid Wayne at On time Heating and cooling. Had he not called the warranty company he would not have known this. If you don't want to be taken and given the runaround do not use this company.

Had two gentleman come out to look at my ac unit that seemed to have stopped working. They changed out the capacitor without asking prior… Told me they didn’t have the Freon on the truck and that if the house didn’t cool, to call back to schedule someone to come out again.
So that’s what I ended up doing. Called back later that day and spoke with Wayne. Said the Freon our house uses is about $300+ a lb and that someone from the office will call me the following day. So I waited and decided to call to check to see if I can get back on the schedule for the Freon recharge. The lady who answered told me that the Freon I needed costs thousands and that they were seeing if they could even get it. Had to talk to the owner and that they’d call me back.
So again, I waited. Nobody called until 8:44pm that evening. I missed the call and no voicemail was even left. Nothing.
So I left it as that and contacted another company to help me out.
Complete waste of time and money. Now I know who NOT to contact to replace our HVAC when the time comes…

By far the worse HVAC company in the Hampton rds area. These people came to my home put something in my unit to determine if there was a leak and never came back. This was in June. Its now September and I called and spoke with a lady who keep telling me someone would give me a call. That never happened. This was one of the hottest summer and my wife have a heat allergy. Still to this very day 9/11/2025, I have not heard from these people and EVERYTIME I call this lady promise the same thing. No one ever call, no one ever showed backup. They took 377 dollars and ran. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS I WOULD'VE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I am very upset I have been burning up for 3 days. The guys came out charge me for what they thought was the problem. I paid your price and as soon as they left the house got hotter. We had to take my grandson to his other grandparents house. Can we please get this solved. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford to just give my money away. Would love to get problem resolved. I gave all I have
