Highly recommend. The owner and his team were extremely professional, patient, knowledgeable, and provided a great service. The team communicated and worked seamlessly together. Wayne and his team provided exceptional service from start to finish! I was struggling with an AC problem that other companies refused to tackle due to a severly botched installation (new AC unit and zoning system) by another company. Thankfully Wayne stepped in and not only identified the issues but swiftly resolved them with professionalism and expertise. The team exhibited unparalleled courtesy and took genuine pride in their work. I was experiencing respiratory issues after the botched install and noticed I haven't experienced any more issues since Wayne and team completed the repairs!! It was refreshing to find an honest company dedicated to delivering top-notch service. I highly recommend! Look no further!

We just closed on our new house and discovered our AC was shot. Our repair required a home warranty approval, finding a diffuser to locate part, and several trips out to western branch. Wayne and Sean communicated every step and accurate timelines for the repair. They worked seamlessly with our home warranty company to get the claim approved 100%. The day the part came in, they came to install the same day and stayed late until it was finished. They are professional, honest, considerate, dedicated and skilled. I am going to sign up for their monthly maintenance program and use them for all of my heating and cooling needs in the future. I have already recommended them to several folks.

I really can’t say enough good things about Wayne and his staff. From customer service on the phone to prompt service when issues with my heat/air unit arise. They are professional, kind and knowledgeable about everything they do. When inquiring about a replacement heating and air package unit, they provide every option available allowing the customer to determine what will best work for their needs. I’ve been using them for twenty years now and would never look anywhere else. They have my complete trust and confidence!! Two thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼. Ten out of ten, would recommend!!

I have used this company since I purchased my home(5 yrs). They are respectful of your property and on time. They clean up after they work. Mostly, the job is not complete until you a re happy and the work has been checked. They will be on my list of service providers.

Wayne and Sean far exceeded my expectations and the job that was asked of them. They both during separate visits took the time to listen to my concerns and ket me know what the issue was after diagnosing it. The price was fair and I went ahead and signed up for their monthly plan. Really blown away by them and hope others grow this company into a regional leader of HVAC services.

It's been unseasonably hot so all the HVAC contractors are slammed with calls (like mine) asking for service b/c their home a/c stopped working. The earliest appointment from my go-to HVAC company was more than 2 weeks out. I called On Time HVAC on Friday afternoon; they came on Monday and fixed it. The service tech (Sean) was knowledgeable, professional, extremely courteous. Highly recommended!

Nobody wants their A/C to crap out in July with our blistering heat, but ours did. On recommendation from our neighbor we called Ontime and scheduled a service call. Sean and Kyle came to our house, troubleshot the problem, did a quick repair and inspection to make sure everything was working properly.
Ontime is now on my list of who to call for HVAC repairs and maintenance. Highly recommended!

Our dental office suffered a major failure of our a/c system. Our indoor temperature was in the 90’s requiring a shutdown of our office. On Time came the next day and worked into late at night, replacing our full system. We were seeing patients the next day in comfort. We can’t thank them enough for the rapid response and the high quality of their workmanship. We will be using them now for all our needs.

Sean always does great. Highly professional and explains the malfunction of the system in detail. I knew we were in good hands when Sean arrived. Thank you always!
