Fantastic company. Really easy estimate process and quick scheduling. They completed the work (vinyl wrapping all soffits, fascia, windows, porch, and all other exposed wood) 2 days ahead of schedule and to a high standard. Workers worked extended hours to meet deadlines and were very respectful to the property. Don’t hesitate if on the fence to hire WT Anderson.

Really pleased with every aspect of this job WT Anderson were professional and courteous throughout. They communicated clearly every step of the way. I have an extensive amount of landscaping on my property and they went above and beyond to insure nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend them

Great experience working with WT Anderson! From meeting with Jon to get an estimate, to responding to issues presented by the HOA, and their patience as to how long it took to get an approval to move forward, WT Anderson was patient and wonderful to work with. We will definitely call on them again. Installed GAF shingles with great warranty for shingles and workmanship. They also replaced rake boards that needed replacing. It looks so much better.

I have had a less than desirable experience with Clark Roofing.

I had no trouble making an estimate appointment. I called on 4/19, and my estimate was scheduled a week later on 4/26. I am seeking to have my 100 year old metal roof completely replaced.

Barry arrived on time, was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. He had samples and some good suggestions about my metal roof replacement. I was impressed and eagerly awaiting my estimate.

After not hearing from him for about a week, I called the office and spoke with Gina in Sales. She said she would pass along the request. After two more phone calls, last Thurs (5/11) we realized she’d inadvertently written my phone number incorrectly by one digit. Okay, things happen like that. I additionally gave her an alternate email address, just in case.

Yesterday, 5/14, I made numerous phone calls to the office only to receive the voicemail every time. I left a message.

I called again today. No answer in Sales, Service, or Billing. I left another message in Sales. Literally immediately after leaving the message, I received the following email from Barry:

“Good afternoon Mrs. Duff. Sorry for the delay. Right this moment we do not have the manpower to take on a project this large. We are out a few months on projects now.”

He didn’t even include the estimate so that I, as the customer, could make the decision on whether or not I was willing to wait a few months to have the work done. I have never in my life had any business basically tell me that they don’t want my business; and metal roofs are expensive business.

I am understandably upset at this point. I have now waited three weeks for an estimate they seem unwilling to provide. I can understand the scheduling issue, this is busy season for roofers, but this information would have been nice to know when Barry came to do the estimate; or at any point over the past three weeks. Even Gina could have reiterated that message two weeks ago and quit wasting my time.

I’m unhappy that they have wasted three weeks of my time. I could have made a choice of roofer before now had I not been waiting on their estimate.

My wasted time included the 30-45 minute initial meeting for the estimate and a total of 10 phone calls over 3 weeks that included the phone being answered only 3 times and 2 voicemail messages before finally hearing from them.

I would not recommend Clark Roofing.

Follow up and final inspection responsiveness has been prompt. This company is a first-class run business. They know how to serve customers’ expectations!

Great job with fixing some molding that was detached during a high wind storm. Clean and efficient. There was a bit of a lead time, but to be expected with the amount of damage done to the surrounding area.

When Mr. Clark arrived, he not only looked professional, he told me in easy to understand terms what he would be doing, and how long it would take. His price was extremely competitive, his work was impeccable, and his clean up after was pristine. He will be my go to for ALL of my roofing or siding needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We live in Camden, NC, and we were incredibly impressed from start to finish with the Clark roofing team. They were professional and well priced, they respected our property, and they left things tidy. We just love our roof and recommend Clark Roofing and Siding to everyone!

We needed a repair to the fascia on a second floor part of our home. This company was responsive and made the quote process simple and quick and they didn't seem to overprice this service. It was these reasons we chose this company over others. When it came to the repair, they were on-site first thing in the morning and left before lunch, cleaning up all debris and material. Looking at our house you would never know that we had to have this repair because they did such a good job. If needed, I will use their services again in the future!

I asked Clark roofing to review a potential truss issue. Chuck arrived on time, was professional, and had a great attitude. He even helped fix a gutter issue same day that another company was taking weeks to resolve. I will certainly reach out to Chuck and his team again for any future roofing needs.

We needed some siding repaired that blew off during a storm. Clark Roofing and Siding was easy to work with, had good communication and did a great job. Johnathon and Miguel did a fantastic job and were professional and efficient. Very pleased!

I've used Clark Roofing and Siding for multiple projects. The first was a full roof replacement project in Elizabeth City NC last year. At the time, I lived out of state. They managed my entire project for me. The work was completed using high quality architectural shingles. The roof installation went well and looks amazing. Their roofing team did excellent work. This year, I moved to Chesapeake VA, and I called them to update my porch columns and rails with new vinyl products. They also replaced my soffit, fascia, and trim. Again the team members were great to work with. I highly recommend working with Chuck, Donna, and the rest of their team for all exterior home improvement projects.

Clark’s roofing uses high quality shingles and underlayment and are very helpful. We have a beautiful new roof that will last a long time and with no hassle. No issues with scheduling, the work being done or the way our yard was left after installation. They even let me take home samples because I couldn’t imagine the colors on the house. It looks great!

Edited in response to the obvious lack of customer service below. I cut and pasted your response, so people can see your obvious disregard for the customer and their time. The amount of 1 star reviews is completely irrelevant to this companies disregard for the consumer, but your attempt at disparaging me is noted by the reader of this review. Yeah, I declined to wait for a company with no respect for the customer, that isn't a good impression and I will give my business to someone that will communicate, and not be disrespectful of me and my time.

Set an appt and had to take a half day off work to accommodate. 2:15 rolls around from my 2pm appt and no one is here so I message the company and they said, Hi, this is Donna at Clark Roofing and Siding. ‘Our estimator was at the appointment, as scheduled. According to our GPS, he arrived on-site at 1:57PM and left the property at 2:05PM. He knocked on the door and no one answered, so he left. He is no longer in the area.

Um. Nope, I was here and no one knocked and I got zero phone calls that someone was on their way (I was told upon scheduling they call 30min prior), no phone calls when her was here and def no knocking.
Do not waste your time scheduling with this company.

I had a leak from my vent that occurred recently from a wind storm. Clark Roofing & Siding came out promptly and fixed the problem. If you want someone who is honest, professional and provides quality work at affordable prices, contact Clark Roofing & Siding. Thank you Clark for doing a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Update - October 2020: We were able to closely work with the owner, Chuck, and Barry to get our ceiling fixed. They were very apologetic and worked promptly to fix the issues, even coming out on the weekends! Barry even gave us his cell phone number and told us to reach out if we need more paint touch ups. I feel much more confident in this company after communicating with the owner to get our issues fixed!

September 2020:
Clark's replaced our entire roof in mid-July of this year. All was fine until the hurricane hit and the water damage pictured happened in August. Clark's came out and thought they fixed the issue, and said that someone from the office would be in contact with us to fix the water damage. Fast forward A MONTH and no one had reached out to us, despite us reaching out to remind them. Then last week the heavy rainstorm hit, and we discovered that the original problem was not fixed. The flashing around our chimney was not done correctly so water is running down the chimney and leaking through our ceiling. My husband thought the stain looked darker, so he went to touch our ceiling and his fingers went right through (hole in the picture). Throughout the process the office staff has been absolutely no help - we have to text the owner or his brother and they have continually given us excuse after excuse as to why they can't come by to fix the issue. Don't get me wrong, they are polite people, they are just not prioritizing their customers. They gave us a time yesterday and literally didn't show without so much as a call or text as to why. We are tired of not getting answer/results and the damage to our house is just getting worse.

Everybody at Clark Roofing & Siding was wonderful to work with they provided everything i needed for my warranty company the next day after the visit which is amazing!!! I wouldn’t use anyone else to fix my home!
