Came out on a Friday around 12:00 in the afternoon to fix a collapsed pipe on my septic tank. Could not have asked for a nicer company to deal with.

Service was excellent it was hard to schedule though partly because of the snow storm.

Called them early morning - came out just a few hours later - fixed the septic issue - didn't try to upsell me on anything - nice people - great job!

On time and professional service, when other septic service companies didn't show or wouldn't even have ake my calls.

Brown did great work for my clients home. They were extremely satisfied.

Quick response and amazing service on a fairly intense job. When it turned out that the lot owner had to do the repairs (line was broken and needed to be dug up and replaced) Bruce even called a few days later to check up on things. Friendly, fast, and extremely kind. Thanks Bruce!!

I called 15 companies on a Saturday afternoon and Brown is the only one that answered and he was here within 2 hours. For any septic needs we have in the future, they will always be our first call!!
