Easy to make appts and trustworthy operators...I have been using them for over 10 years.. Never had an issue

Had an emergency at our business and the septic needed to be pumped. Called and they said they could pump that same day and would call when they had a truck available. In less than a half hour I received a call that a truck would arrive within the hour. It did and the gentleman was very professional and explained his service and did a professional and clean job. He also educated me on the septic tank we are using. I highly recommend this company!

We had an inspection done by a company that quoted us nearly 5 grand in repairs. I called Brown Plumbing and Septic for a second opinion and they were so kind and helpful from the get go. They were out to our home within 30 minutes to re inspect and repair our system. They had it all completed in a few hours for less than half the cost we were originally quoted, and let my husband watch and learn throughout the process. Honest people and great service. I wish we would have called them first! 10/10 will recommend. Don’t waste your time or money elsewhere.

Called ahead and made appointment. They were on time and called to let me know when they would arrive. I had an issue with drain line from tank to distribution box. They pumped tank, replaced line and serviced drain field line. Bruce and his crew was fantastic. It wasn't a easy job but they performed it quickly and professionally. I've used them before and will again if needed. Highly recommended.

Jacob came out as we wanted our Septic system inspected and evaluated. He was super helpful and also educational in what he was doing. This left me feeling more reassured and happy with everything.

They emptied the tank and left me with cleaning solutions to maintain it.

Super happy and will be using them again. Highly recommended and all round superstars!

Brown’s Septic came out on an emergency call and quickly discovered the issue with my septic. They saved me a lot of money by discovering the pump was incorrectly installed when the system was originally built (by a different company). The crew was extremely knowledgeable and got my system up and running again. The company that did the inspection when I bought the house failed to catch the issue or actually empty the tanks. Brown’s Septic has earned my business and I will call them again if I need septic service.

Septic
I had made an appointment with Brown Plumbing and Septic back on 9/6/2024. That day came and went and no one showed. I called another company and had it taken care of. Fast forward to today 12/9/2024 … a nice young man named Jacob from Brown Plumbing and Septic called to say they found my ticket from September and they were sorry it was overlooked and to see if I still needed service. It takes a big man to admit to his error and I wanted to take the time to publicly THANK HIM!!!!

Friendly staff and helpful.

We called this company 6 times in 4 days, asking them to send us a copy of the work order that they performed for us in January. We are selling our house and the buyers required a septic report or inspection.
We spoke directly to the office manager & when she didn’t send the Reper, called and left multiple messages, none of which were returned. I had to drive out to their office to ask for assistance and was told someone would help me the next morning. No one did.
We had to pay $900 to another company to provide an inspection, because Brown refused to provide a copy of the work they had done earlier this year.
I would never call them to do work, again.

They came for clogged toilet and try to charged me $700 to open, job has been done for $350 with different company. Stay away! They charged $125 service fee for 10 min inspection.

They wanted to charge $850+ to drop a pump in and drain a septic tank. Not what I consider a fair price although I’m sure he would have been happy had I paid that amount.

Was not happy with my bill being double of the amount of what I was quoted. Quoted 1,000 gals of sewage and less then one hour. Not a word about multiple tanks! $398.00. I live on 3 acres and I have 1 500 gal tank and 2 smaller 100 gal tanks. So less sewage and took then less then one hour. And My husband had all three tanks dug out. They said they billed me double because that’s the way they billed me last time. Wow I feel like they have always over billed me☹️.

I really don't want to even give them one star... Their driver showed up early like three hours. We didn't have the top off of the tank yet. Then he lied and said he would be glad to come back on Saturday.. they don't work Saturday s.. I will never call these people back for anything.....

I asked them to come out for a slow draining sink and gurgling. $950, 2 visits, 3 non returned phone calls and a canceled by them follow up visit and I'm still stuck with a poorly draining system and out a grand. What a horrible experience and such dishonest people.

I use Brown Septic and plumbing in the past to pump up my septic tank and to repair the tank, and they did a good job. As a result, I call them again when I needed to have the tank pumped. We made it an appointment to have it done, but I was going to leave town unexpectedly. I needed to change the appointment. I called at least three times a day for five days and was never able to speak to a human day. Messages and never received a call back. I left a note on my house while I was gone, telling them that I could not be there. I am not sure if the tank was pumped or not, and I called Brown Septic and plumbing again to find out. I was amazingly able to speak to a human being again, Me she would check things out and give me a call back. I never received that call back and I have no idea what was going on. I think they did good work for me in the past but I’m not sure what happened this time. I would sure like for someone to call me

This company is very unprofessional. We had a septic inspection that was scheduled by Jacob that was supposed to happen and then never showed up, never called, and didn’t offer any compensation for the lack of service. When we finally got ahold of someone we were told “sorry I know this can be frustrating” but presented no resolution. After we had already taken work off and were waiting for them to show up. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
