Called and scheduled an appointment for a septic cleaning. The day and time of the appointment no one showed or bothered to call me for an explanation. Terrible communication, will not be doing business with.
MDM was recommended to me by my water softener guy, who is a square shooter, so I knew that they must be a good company, but little did I know that they would react so quickly to my problem. They came out the same day (that guy Brian is terrific and so are Rich and Dennis). Within just a day of my calling they had solved the problem and we were up and running again. I'd use them anytime. I love companies that do what they say they're going to do and MDM does that.
Top notch service. Rick was on time, did a great job backing monster pump truck into our tight driveway, and took great care ensuring low/no impact to walkway and deck. He also did a fine job w/the tank-- full pump out, used backwash, and cleaned up.

After calling several places, speaking with numerous people, getting quotes, availability, and options for a solution, I thankfully came across Anna Prescott at MDM Septic. She was a breath of fresh air (amidst a smelly situation). From the moment Anna answered the phone I was met with courtesy, professionalism, respect, & empathy towards the issue we were having with our septic. She answered every question I had and scheduled an appointment for us the same week. I was anticipating one worker & one truck sometime between 8-10am. As a heartwarming surprise, there were 4 workers, including Brian Daniels (Project Supervisor) there before 8am and the job was done in under an hour. There is a cost associated with any service so an investment of some kind is to be expected. They aren't gonna pump your crap for free- nor should they! The price they offer is reasonable & BETTER than many other companies in the surrounding areas, yet the level of professionalism and value this team provides is unparalleled in the industry. From start to finish Anna & Brian are ready & willing to make sure the "crappy" jobs are handled & handled with the utmost care. I cannot thank or recommend this sister/brother team enough. You'll appreciate them as much as me and my family do. I'm sure of it. Call them.
