If you want a very knowledgeable and professional real worker that has been doing this work for 50 years Artis is your guy! He might not have the best phone skills but he will get the work done right on your septic system. Very honest and fair, definitely recommend.

Was a no show day of for 9am. Said he’d be there at 4pm instead. Was a no show again. Took almost a day for him to answer the phone again. Scheduled next day for 11-12. AGAIN- no show. Had to take off work multiple times to meet him for these no shows. Then he yelled at my realtor and was very unprofessional when she talked to him about the no shows bc we are on a timeline to close on our home. Ended up using someone else.

Was very disappointed in customer service , i had to wait over a week just for an appointment and after i sat on the job for over 5 hours they were a No Show and was sub post to call later that night with no call to reschedule , i call him and was given a two hour window and he would be there on Saturday well again no show and he never called to reschedule
