Very responsive, reasonable prices. Knocked out 4 stumps in no time at all. Found a large root after and they came out right away to take care of it as part of their warranty.

I had 9 stumps ground. The two guys were very professional and made every effort to not damage my yard. They cleaned up better than I had expected. I was very satisfied with the whole process and I recommend this company.

These dudes are prompt. Very fast I couldn't believe it in and out within 6 or so hours. Very large stumps and they had to also cut them down before grinding. I took videos. My great nephew likes seeing tree work. I wld hire these guys any day of the week. Best money I spent in prolly 6 months

This is a top notch professional outfit. The initial visit, scheduling, communication and execution is sublime! The equipment RW uses is also top of the line. It took his team less than 5 minutes to refuse to dust three 14” to 18” stumps. The crew was also polite and respectful and professional.

RW Stump Grinding is wonderful! They were part of a CVNLA Work Day at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden and were able to get into a really tight spot to take care of some recent stumps for us. Not only was access to the area tight, the beds themselves had electrical lines, outlet boxes, and a thin stone edging. They handled it like it was no problem. They did a complete clean up of the area when it was done and it looked great. I would highly recommend them for any stump grinding needs!

Orleans did a great job on my 90' tall pine tree. David Lewis made scheduling the work easy and it was surprisingly affordable. Andrew, Jacob and the rest of the crew were very professional and polite. They did a great job cleaning up after leaving no mess at all!

We were very fortunate to utilize the services provided by Orleans Co. Tree Service on several different occasions. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional and committed to providing exceptional service. We had a tree that was dying and posed a real hazard to our home and property . They used a top notch crane to remove this huge tree without any damage to our property. They also ensured that the stump was ground down so there was no hole hazard. We also had some of their tree professionals come out to diagnose several of the trees we had concerns about. I love the fact that they have solutions that save your trees that are environmentally friendly. I highly recommend their services.

I called 3 places to get a quote to remove a large limb and Orleans Co. was not only the only one to get back to me but they called back same day. They were at my place 2 days after I approved the quote and did the best clean up of any tree service I have used. The crew was considerate and speedy and office staff are helpful and kind.

What a great company to do business with. The team was wonderful to work with and very professional. I had four large trees removed from the center of my paved driveway. They removed all the trees and grinned the stumps without any damage to the asphalt. They didn’t an amazing job cleaning up afterwards and the cost was very reasonable.

Raymundo and his crew were some of the best folks I could have asked to have my yard cleared! I cannot sing the praises of the folks doing the work enough. They did everything perfectly and the small touches that you'd hope for when you are clearing a lot.

This would be a 5 star review had it not been for the individual responsible for communicating with dominion, me, and my elderly neighbor. He put 2 work orders in for the line drop, did not notify me that my elderly neighbor would be impacted. She understood day one. I called him that night when lines went back up, he said the work order w dominion for the 2nd day was cancelled. He did not follow through and I had to stop Dominion from dropping the lines ~730am. It was a frustrating experience with his inability to communicate but I only had to work with the individual to settle the contract and for dominion.

However, I still recommend Orleans tree service because I don't think you find a better price, work ethic, surgical drop of 11 trees, cleanup, and grading as perfectly as Raymundo and his team. They took care of the whole job and were incredibly detaile oriented in a tight spot to take down 11 trees (mostly pine)

Orleans was very prompt and professional. Ryan gave us a great estimate and followed very quickly with a written copy. Would recommend.
