After the recent ice storm we had a tree fall on our house. Knowing if it fully fell down the side of the house it could probably rip the electrical box off we were frantically calling every tree company that serviced our area. We knew it might be days to get help because of the volume of tree issues in the area due to the ice storm. After calling Orleans Tree company they sent Chris out and he arrived within ONE hour to give an estimate. Chris explained how they would remove the tree so it wouldn't fall as they removed it.
Less than 2 hours after speaking to him a crew of 7 guys showed up with a grapplesaw truck, a bucket truck and a chipper truck. They were courteous, professional and extremely carful of ours and the neighbors property.
If you need any kind of tree work this company was absolutely phenomenal.

Exceptional work! Orlean’s didn’t disappoint! We had 2 challenging projects on our historic trees. Both trees are HUGE and overlapped buildings which demand skilled and precise cutting to avoid damage to our structures. The crew showed up with state of the art (for real!) equipment and worked efficiently and skillfully with gorgeous results. Prior to this project we called in 3 other company’s who’s quotes were a much lower in price. We were tempted to chose another company BUT are thrilled we didn’t. The expertise of this crew was obvious as they trimmed our trees, preserved our structures and kept the health of the trees in the forefront of priority! These men are true Arborists, not just tree trimmers. They cleaned up the mess, removed the debris and left the trees looking healthier and safer. Hopefully, the trees will be around for another 150 years and as long as they need care, we will rely upon Orlean’s to provide it!

When I called to get an estimate they were able to schedule an appointment immediately. The tree was struck by lightning. In the next following weeks we experienced heavy winds that broke off several branches. They agreed to take everything with them. Overall, this was a very pleasant and smooth removal.

Orleans Tree Service has been consistently reliable and professional. The arborist was incredibly knowledgeable, and the crew that came out to do the work was well-mannered, respectful, and extremely careful. They took great care to clean up thoroughly after the job, leaving everything in excellent shape. My family has used their services multiple times, and they’ve never disappointed. The team from Orleans Tree Co. did an outstanding job removing 12 trees from my West End neighborhood lot. Andy, Jacob, Lucas, and the rest of the crew were friendly, professional, and hardworking! During one of the tree removals, a small portion of my backyard fence was damaged. It was a huge tree right next to a 30 year old picket fence. Andy and Jacob arrived first thing Saturday morning and repaired the fence to better condition than before the damage.
I am very happy to give a great recommendation!

The best tree companies around. This is I think my 8th time using them. At my in-laws house the shrubs and trees were over grown along their driveway and along the road. It was a hazard for them to back out of their driveway. Dave from Orleans came out and did a write up for me and I told him what I was worried with my in-laws, he told me he wanted them safe also. Gave me a great quote and agreed that day. Today the crew came out, was there a little after 8 ready to go. The lead guy talked to me to make sure we were both on the same page, once we agreed they got to work. Two hours later they were done, everything cleaned up and hauled away. We did another walk around to make sure I was happy with the work. I was extremely happy. Once again an AWESOME JOB. Will be using them again for future projects.

Ryan and his team did a great job providing a competitive estimate. They got us scheduled quickly and removed two smaller trees and one large oak with a jeopardized trunk in a very professional and safe manner. Very impressed and would use them again. Thanks again Ryan.

I am pleased to have chosen thus company for the work I needed done. It all started with the initial estimate. When Dave came by and shared his professional knowledge, I was sold.

When the crew came to do the job, they knew exactly what they were doing. What was most impressive was the way that they cared for my property. In order for them.to do their work, they had to move pavers, light post, and some of my stones but they put everything back in its place. I even saw one of the workers on his knees speading the river rock back in place.

As for the work and taking down the tree, they did everything strategically and efficiently. They made sure that none of the huge pieces fell to the ground or on the shed which was near the tree. My lawn is still in tack.

I am really satisfied and impressed with their workmanship. I have a few more limbs that need to be taken down and they'll be the ones I call. I highly recommend them, not just for their quality work but also for their competitive pricing.

Orleans Co Tree Service did an incredible job. Spoke with Ryan Thompson yesterday who visited our home and saw that we had a huge tree fall on our home. We discussed the removal and he provided a time for the following day that his team would be here. His team was on time, showed in force and each of his team greeted me with a handshake! They were quick but very safe, each person with hard hats, gloves and vests. This showed me that this company was not only thinking of safety of one another, but the safety of my home. Could not have asked for a better service from a company. All the way from the start to the end. I would highly recommend this company for anything tree related. Thank you all for your work.

Orleans did some work for our son and he was very satisfied with them, so we called them to trim trees that would improve our view of the river. They quickly came out and assessed the job, gave me an estimate and a timeframe to complete the work and did an excellent job!

I have known about Orleans Tree service for years from others that have used them. Always did a good job at a reasonable price. First time I have ever needed their services was in April of 2026. I wanted a stump ground and needed a tree trimmed that had grown tall enough to block my security light in the back yard. The courtesy and professionalism of the crew and the company as a whole was top notch. Made fast work of both jobs and the cleanup was excellent. Steve

Cannot say enough good things about this company. They were incredibly professional from start to finish — safety was clearly their top priority. The crew was well-staffed, efficient, and extremely capable. They even provided a copy of their insurance for our property, which gave us total peace of mind.

One of the massive trees they removed was extremely close to our house and presented a real challenge, but they handled it flawlessly and safely. The work was completed quickly, the cleanup was excellent, and the price was very fair. The equipment and trucks were all clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate to hire them again!

Highly recommend! Ryan came out immediately after a tree had fallen on my fence and was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to get the tree removed the next day at a reasonable price. If I ever have any other tree needs, Orleans will be who I call.
