Devon came over for the estimate and he arrived on the day promised and on time and proceeded to perform the work we agreed upon. He worked diligently and reworked tough areas on our patio and pool deck. When finished, everything looked much cleaner and everything promised was performed. He was pleasant, honest, and competent. We would call him for future needs.

I don’t know how this person is getting 5 star reviews. This was the WORST pressure washer job. My husband scheduled an appointment for 10:00am on Tuesday and Devon did not arrive until 2:00pm on the 1st day. Devon was scheduled to come back Thursday and finish the driveway , back patio and screened porch because his equipment broke down. On Thursday my husband had to text him to see what time he was arriving . He said that it would be at 1:00pm. The concrete on the screened porch was still dirty, when we looked at it . Devon put a lot of water on the porch but did not remove the stains. My husband had to re- do the back porch.
I must say this is the WORST pressure washer job we have ever had.

Devon was a very respectful gentlemen and he worked hard to ensure that the power washing was done up to par! I recently had a photographer come to take photos of my house and the photographer mentioned that there was a 200% improvement on the appearance of my home from before the service. I would recommend this service to anyone especially having gone to other competitors previously and not being as impressed with the results.

Devon power washed two brick walls, two signs, two retaining walls, and a rail fence for our subdivision. He did an outstanding job! The letters on the sign were old, stained, and contained small cracks. Devon took the time to clean them by hand to prevent damage and remove the stains. The letters look like new! He stayed in touch prior to and during the job. His price was significantly lower than our other estimates. I strongly recommend Devon and Tri City Pressure Washing!
