We got our 4 acre fence installed about a month ago to contain our 2 dogs. We could not be more satisfied and thrilled with not only the product and how well it works, but the overall customer experience that this company provides. They went above and beyond our expectations to not only answer any and all questions, but they take the time to understand your individual pet's needs and work with you. We followed their recommendations with training, and we are now able to let our dogs out with no worries of them leaving their new territory. If you want your pets safe, and are spending the money anyways, go with these guys, you will not be disappointed.

Dave is very professional and explains how the electric fence works in step by step details. He's easily accessible when you have any questions and he is willing to come to you if you're having any issues. My name is Maggie and I'm safe.

Really nice guy, did great clean work. My husky/shepard dog has taken to the training really well. I really like the ability to adjust the size of the field without affecting the intensity. Very much worth the money.

Want to compliment David on his quick follow up when any questions come up. Had a question for him on Saturday and sent a text - he responded within a hour. Very much appreciated and another reason I highly recommend David’s business.

They showed us how to train our dog on the invisible fence setup and I know they’ll be there to answer any questions we may have as we train our Labrador on the system.

Waited to post until a few months after the install. We had to get an invisible fence for our dog that decided she loves jumping our fence to chase cats. David has been so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process and the cost, while not cheap, was affordable for what you get. Highly recommend!

Great job explaining the pros and cons of the dog fence. Flexible in coming out and installing then coming back after receiving our new pup to show how to properly introduce the system to the puppy. I also loved the fact he didn’t tear up my yard which is what I most afraid of. Installed a nice metal sign in the front and keeps the line of communication open. Definitely a 5 star service! Would recommend!

David with Superior Dog Fence is amazing. I was digging and broke our invisible fence dog line and he was out within 2 days to fix it. He also responded right away when I called to let him know what I had done. I could not ask for better service and the invisible fence was the best addition we have made to our new house. This fence has been great! The process from start to finish was easy as well. Dave explained everything in detail and his training after install made a big difference. Took our dog a bit of time to figure things out but he is loving his outside time now. Highly recommend!

Superior dog fence is truly superior. Having worked with a lot of contractors in my life, and being a Class A contractor myself, I have high expectations. Dave, the owner, exceeded these expectations. He was punctual, communicative, and very informative. He arrived on schedule and completed the project in quick time. When I had an issue, he promptly addressed it. He is patient with all of my questions and helped me train my three dogs to respect to the fence with methods that have worked out quite well. Dave has done phenomenal work for us. The fence is easy to work with and has helped immensely with our dogs and their yard boundaries. We've had several issues with our landscapers damaging the line and he's always made time to come out and fix the issue. I can't recommend him enough!

Great customer service. After struggling with our Invisible Fence wire for several years with constant breaks, I reached out to David at Superior Dog Fence for help. He came and gave recommendations to relay the wire (I'll note that our Invisible Fence system is less than 3 years old and the wire has been repaired over 25 times and that I had to wait at least a week for a repair to be completed...that's a long time to wait with two dogs not able to run freely). I'd have purchased his whole system had our system not been so new. It's been a few weeks and our fence is working perfectly.

He was extremely professional in all interactions. I could tell that he believed strongly, as the business owner, that his word was his bond and that his service reflected himself personally. We have been very happy with our invisible dog fence from Superior! Our 6 month old puppy has adapted quickly to it and we can let him run free in our yard without worry. The owner Dave himself installed our fence efficiently and was very patient instructing us how to train our puppy effectively (this is the most important step in the process). The price was reasonable and the results have been great! Highly recommended.

David did a fantastic job installing our fence! We had a large yard and a dog who likes to roam a lot and we were worried we wouldn’t be able contain the dog well or would break the bank fencing her in, but David did an amazing job installing quickly and efficiently and spent the extra time making sure we understood who it all works and how to train our dog. We are super pleased with his work and excited to see our dog playing in our yard freely!
