We purchased a house for Karsten and Emma, their first home together and Linsey was there every step of the way. She went out of her way to make it into the home that they wanted it to be. Linsey and Sean both ROCK!

This is a really lovely community, I especially like the area as it’s close to everything, the finishes are also really pretty and the rooms are big, the upgrades are well worth it!

The buying process was super easy, the community is clean and manicured. Short walk to nearby stores - worth it to walk instead of drive.

I went to visit the model home and had a chance to meet Lindsey! I had such a good experience! She was very knowledgeable and answered my question/concerns.

Do not buy one of these units. You will regret it. Poor craftsmanship, HoA has selective enforcement of rules, and false promises from sales.

Multiple owners including myself are dealing with water damage and leaks coming from exterior locations. Stylecraft and HoA say “too bad, so sad”.

Homeowners are now working together to hold Stylecraft and the HoA accountable.

The homes were quite beautiful, and Brooke was very attentive to my housing needs. While I am not quite ready for a move ,I definitely recommend this community if anyone's looking in the Cosby school district.

I'm not sure how this builder or community has 4 stars. I've lived here less than 3 years and this is the second time my HVAC is not working. I'm beyond discontented. There have been residents with the same issues and some residents with leaks in their ceilings and rain coming in their homes. My suggestion would be to spend your money elsewhere, it's not worth the headache.

I had an amazing person name Brooke Scott. She took time out to show me different layouts to accommodate my needs. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends who is looking for a beautiful place to live.

We saw the model and liked its floor plan. It had the right amount of space for our family. We love that it’s so close to so many stores! The staff was so helpful in answering all our questions.

I helped my grandma purchase a home here. It was a really good experience and she loves the community. She is excited to have the family over and use the community clubhouse. After living in her previous home for over 40 years, she is in love with the new appliances and lower utility bills. Overall, her favorite thing is the convenience of everything that is nearby. Her doctors, grocery, pharmacy, and favorite lunch spots are super close, so she doesn’t have to drive too far to get anywhere at all.. thing is the convenience of everything that is nearby. Very unprofessional people and poor craftsman work. I would never buy a home from them!
