The owner was very responsive from our very first inquiry all the way to a follow up after the fence was installed. He was on time and polite. He took an abundance of time to help us understand how the fencing system worked and helped us train our dogs for over an hour. He followed up several times to make sure we felt comfortable with our service and results. Great customer service!

Dave was able to look at my puppy and know exactly what type & size doggie door I needed. He was very professional, it's a good quality product & the door looks great.

Dave came out on short notice to repair our dog fence. He did a good job troubleshooting what appeared to be a lightning strike issue. His pricing was fair and service was great.

Update: The fence has met all of our expectations; we are happy and so is our dog. We no longer are chasing him down the street after and escape, or having to walk him with a leash in our back yard. I had to reach out to Dave with a question (my memory lapse from the original instruction date), his response was timely, friendly, and he was able to walk me through the fix. Thanks Dave!

Bryan came out today to install an underground fence for my dog. He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable about the work being done. He did an awesome job. The customer service is second to none. He walked me through setting the system for my dog and showed me how to train her for the system. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of the underground fencing. It's refreshing in todays world to have received such great customer service.

Hands down the best thing I ever did. Super easy to contact them, respond right away and when a repair was needed it was less than 24 hrs. We got our 4 acre fence installed about a month ago to contain our 2 dogs. We could not be more satisfied and thrilled with not only the product and how well it works, but the overall customer experience that this company provides. They went above and beyond our expectations to not only answer any and all questions, but they take the time to understand your individual pet's needs and work with you. We followed their recommendations with training, and we are now able to let our dogs out with no worries of them leaving their new territory. Really nice guy, did great clean work. My husky/shepard dog has taken to the training really well. I really like the ability to adjust the size of the field without affecting the intensity. Very much worth the money.

Want to compliment David on his quick follow up when any questions come up. Had a question for him on Saturday and sent a text - he responded within a hour. Very much appreciated and another reason I highly recommend David’s business.
