He took an abundance of time to help us understand how the fencing system worked and helped us train our dogs for over an hour. He followed up several times to make sure we felt comfortable with our service and results. Great customer service!

Dave was very knowledgeable and professional through the whole process. He listened to our concerns and helped us to design the best fencing option to hinder our dog’s new found escape artist tendency. Dave’s training was very detailed, and we have noticed improvement in our dog’s disposition and behavior. Using a local business was Important to us; Dave’s attention to detail, knowledge, and hands on approach made us feel like a friend rather than a random customer or a number. Update: The fence has met all of our expectations; we are happy and so is our dog. We no longer are chasing him down the street after and escape, or having to walk him with a leash in our back yard. I had to reach out to Dave with a question (my memory lapse from the original instruction date), his response was timely, friendly, and he was able to walk me through the fix. Thanks Dave!
