I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they are always professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. Dragon plumbing and Carl arrive promptly, diagnose issues quickly, and explain the repair process clearly. I’ve used them for all my service calls and also some new construction building and renovations. They always have all the necessary tools and parts on hand, which saves me a lot of time and hassle. The repairs and installs are always done with precision, and they make sure to clean up thoroughly before leaving. I highly recommend Dragon for anyone needing reliable and top-notch plumbing.

Carl was very professional and did a great job in the amount of time he estimated.

We've had Carl handle several home repairs, including converting our stove to gas, fixing a leaky shower head, and replacing our garbage disposal, kitchen sink, and faucet. He's fast, clean, efficient, and reasonably priced. He is professional and honest, only recommending repairs that are actually necessary. We can't recommend him enough!

Exceptional work, very fairly priced. Carl responded to my initial call promptly and was able to help the same day. The service was courteous and efficient.

I was very pleased with Dragon plumbing. Carl came out same day, diagnosed problem and fixed it quickly. Price was reasonable. I plan to call them again if I have a plumbing problem.

Carl at Dragon Plumbing was such a help! We needed him quickly to work on a shower and he came the same day and was very knowledgeable and quickly repaired or shower. Works great!

Carl has been great to work with. He's been attentive and knowledgeable, and the quality is outstanding. Highly recommend.

Carl came the same day that I called for an estimate to replace my water line. He gave me an estimate, called Miss Utility that day to mark the all-important water and electrical lines, and then completed the work 3 days later. He communicated with me promptly throughout the process, and answered my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend him!

We had a fantastic experience with Dragon Plumbing & Contracting. Carl was excellent! Super responsive and a clear communicator throughout the entire process. He explained everything step by step, kept us updated on any changes, and always gave a heads-up if costs were going to increase (and explained why). Everything was completed on time, and we absolutely love our new sink. Highly recommend Carl and his team for any plumbing work!

I have an old house with hose bibs that I could not replace since it required cutting and replacing part of the water line, as well as the bibs themselves. Carl provided me with a fair estimate for the work, showed up on time to perform the work, and did an excellent job. Finally, I have found my plumber in Richmond. Thanks for a great job and experience.

I was feeling really frustrated with my old HVAC system and had called everyone in Chesterfield: big companies, small companies, etc. I wasn't happy with any of the responses I got back until I found Airmaxx Mechanical. They were super responsive, took care of everything well, and did it quickly. They are worth every penny!

My furnace went out and I thought I would have to replace it, but after Airmaxx Mechanical did their work they repaired my furnace really quickly. The guy they sent over was friendly, honest and quick. He replaced the coils in less than an hour and my furnace is working better than ever now!

I hired Airmaxx to replace my furnace system in my home. I was a little nervous about getting the job done because I didn't know how much it would cost me. But, I am so glad that they were able to come out and explain step by step process of what we needed to get the job done and it was a reasonable price. The work was done promptly and efficiently, which is something hard to find these days!
