Found Mott HVAC through recommendations from Midlothian Moms FB page and glad I went with it. Happy with the service and I learned a whole lot about my 3 systems and how to use them more efficiently! I have already recommended them to others. Reasonably priced as well.

I’ve used Mott HVAC multiple times, and every single experience has been outstanding. Karson is reliable, honest, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly the best in the business. He shows up when he says he will, explains everything clearly, and is always fair with pricing—simply put, just quality work done right.

I had 2 different HVAC companies come out & both frustrating HVAC experiences. The 1st charged me $250 and it stopped working an hour after they left. The 2nd said it was the compressor and $2800. Both were wrong and overcharging. It was a simple fix thanks to having Motts HVAC come. The cause was simply wires rubbing tripping the circuit. 10 minute fix. That is it.

So thankful I got the name Mott’s AC from the Midlothian Moms Facebook page, where a lot of people were recommending them. I reached out and they responded within an hour and were able to come out in less than 24 hours. Professional, responsive, honest, and efficient. I’ve already recommended them to others. If you are searching around, PLEASE have Mott’s a Veteran owned company at least come out to make sure what you’re getting quoted is actually the real problem.

We’ve had ongoing challenges balancing the heating and cooling in our home since we have one HVAC unit serving two floors. It’s been difficult to keep both levels comfortable, but Karson has been incredibly helpful in working through the issue with us.

He has updated our thermostat, recently serviced our units, and today installed dampers to help improve airflow and balance between the floors. Throughout the entire process, Karson has been extremely patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining what’s going on and what our options are.

Karson did a great job taking care of my HVAC needs. Called him last minute and he was able to come out the day of and assess the issue. Figured out the main cause and within an hr he sourced the part, installed it, and educated me on the whole process. Would recommend him every time.

Mott HVAC recently installed a new upstairs heating and air unit for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Had our 19 year old AC unit replaced- the 3 techs that did the installs Bryce, Michael and Ulysses were very professional, engaging and neat.
The new units run well. So if you are considering, since we can no longer on these older units can give them a refrigerant re-charge, I highly recommend contacted this company and asking for these specific techs.
