I called EcoAir to look at our HVAC. This freezing rain that we are getting has caused our HVAC to freeze. It had to be thawed. We also were made aware of other issues that we have under our house as well. We just had Sears check things out in October 2024 and they said everything was good. Apparently, it wasn't good at all. I also had the technician from EcoAir look at our water heater. We will need that replaced. I plan on using EcoAir for that service. The technician was very knowledgeable and told me a lot of what was needed. I'm glad to have been able to have someone tell me the truth. Thank you EcoAir! We will be in touch soon.

EcoAir installed our HVAC unit last fall and this service call was just a routine check and filter change. The technicians were very professional and friendly. I enjoy working with this company!

Called for a price on a mini split and got an appointment to come out for an estimate. He did show up on time as mentioned. I had a gutted small garage without walls yet and everything was a short and simple install to everything he needed…it couldnt be any easier of a job. I waited for a day and received my estimate by email. The estimate was $7800 for a mini split……($7800). Thats insane….I called twice to speak to the gentleman to verify that this was not an error and find out about more options and was told he would call me back and he never did. The 2 star is because of showing up on time but that’s it, the lack of care in calling back says a lot but he knew he was trying to get over …. Funny thing is I would have paid this one because I really needed it. Thank god he never called back. I found another company that did it for $3200.

HVAC unit stopped working in 25 degree weather, and my first instinct was to immediately reach out to Eco Air! And I'm so happy I did - HVAC companies are insanely busy right now and they got somebody out a couple hours later to make sure my family had working heat before round 2 of terrible freezing temps, I'm so so so grateful!! When our heat suddenly stopped working in this freezing weather with a baby in the house we needed someone fast. EcoAir came right out and was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it quickly. I know these guys have to be very busy with the weather being absolutely frigid but they took care of it! The tech (Eli) was super nice and explained everything that was going on and what had to be done to fix it, and in terms I could understand, because lets be honest my husband wasn’t home and I was lost.
