They have been to my house 3 times and still not fixed the issue and now are not responding to me or American Home Shield who assigned them to me. Beyond frustrating. Total lack of communication.

Hot water wasn't working in the kitchen. Technician found and resolved the issue quickly. Honest technicians. I will use their services the future.

Home warranty insisted on using this company. Called 10x plus with no response. Emails sent no response. Terrible. Mailbox is full for voicemail.

American Home Shield sent Lockhart Plumbing and they performed the service with zero issues. He was very professional and communicated throughout the entire process. I would recommend them.

American Home shield replaces nothing! It’s not the plumbing company, they provided great service even though HSA refused to cover it, and I talked to AHS myself! Always make sure the technician calls AHS when they are there, that way it doesn’t seem like the company is just telling you it’s not covered.

Terrible. Pockets warranty money while purchasing cheap subpar components under the guise of that is what the warranty company authorized. Charges what is nations highest per hour rates, while driving a Tesla to worksites. Decided to steal a component from uninstalled item. Warranty company has launched an investigation at this point.

Was assigned this company via American Home Shield for a tub's water line supply blockage. Matthew repaired the blockage, however, he left the water with a constant drip. I called back to inform him, he stated that he would return. Let's just say Matthew was a no call, no show. I called several times. I even informed him via text that I will be contacting AHS.

I would not allow this company back in my home. AHS should hold them accountable and remove them from their providers list. Unsatisfactory.

I have AHS and they sent Discount Contractors. And I was told there isn't a cleanout and it would be $1650. Then I was told the machine wouldn't fit under the crawlspace. There is a cleanout and the door to the crawlspace is almost full size, way larger than the average crawlspace door. Then I was told raw sewage could spill and cause a code violation. Then I was told the contract excluded servicing a cleanout that wasn't beyond the foundation. Actually the contract states the cleanout has to be accessible. I reported all of this to AHS and was told I could get a 2nd opinion however If the same conclusion was made I'd have to pay again. Lochart Plumbing is AWESOME! They were a breathe of fresh air! It was the difference between night and day. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, courteous, informative and Devin came on a Saturday afternoon! Lockhart Plumbing saved the day! I'm saving their number. To find an honest plumber is a rare gem. The major stoppage was cleared and I didn't have to pay $1650 for an additional cleanout.

A work order was placed back in June 2021 with Lockhart plumbing to repair the water heater in my home. I was originally told by one of the contractors they were having difficulties getting the home warranty company to get the water heater shipped to the warehouse for pickup. Since the original date of service request back in June, I was informed by the Home Warranty company that the water heater was picked up by someone from Lockhart plumbing. I have called the company several times and spoken to someone promising they would get the issue resolved for me. More recently I have corresponded through text, and told the issue would be corrected. I did get a call from a different contractor working for this company at the beginning of October telling me he was going to have to order the water heater again. Since the beginning of October I have not been able to speak to anyone using the companies phone number that is listed on their website. They will not answer my calls at all. I have left a few desperate messages asking someone to please call me back. I've also sent a text message letting them know the water heater has not been fixed as of today. This is now November and my children and I woke up to a cold house, due to the water heater pilot light cutting off in the middle of the night. I have to hit a switch on a box connected to the water heater several times throughout the day to heat the water up for our home. I'm no t certain if this is unsafe. I'm still in disbelief that someone could go from making a promise to take care of you as their customer to not answering your calls.

This plumber saved the day! He went out of his way to accommodate my emergency, showed up early and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Pricing was very reasonable and worth every penny. 10 out of 10- I would definitely recommend.

Young tech ? arrived, he was asked by me not to walk in the flowers but he didn't obey my request, said he installed tape on the main water line to the house. That repair lasted about thirty minutes, called company and requested another tech was denied. This call was dispatched to them by American Home shield. This all occurred on August 06, 2020 their next time for a real tech was to be August 10, 2020. With five senior citizens living in the house that was very unreasonable. Don't trust this company. Complaints to be filled to the DPOR, State Corp Comm and senior connections along with a complaint to 12 On Your Side. Don't call this company, for I fell they use young non experience people

The absolute best customer service I've ever had from a fix-it type service. Very professional telephone advice from how to fix it myself to recommending a good brand of toilet to replace the old one. David, the owner personally answered the phone late in the evening and had a tecnician at my house the next day. He didn't try to push his house brand of replacement toilet on me, as the previous plumbing company had. The Technician Devon was very knowedgable and took the time to explain to me what he was doig. He tried everything (trouble shooting) for almost an hour until I recommended he replace the toilet. The best....
