I can absolutely say the customer service is the best I have ever had. Superior!!! They were fast getting back to me after I called and worked with me to get my air fixed. Terry the technician was fantastic and knew exactly what to do. He is very friendly, efficient and did a great job!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of help and personally would not call anyone else!!!
Very informative kept me up to date on the progress everything looks professional employees were very friendly would recommend them .they also informed me about a massive yellow jacket nest in my yard which is amazing due to I have a special needs kid that would surely go and try to touch them.

After receiving 4 estimates for installation of a new a/c unit, I chose Comfort Cooling. Mikes' estimate was in the middle. The technician was there within 30 or so minutes of my call. He figured out right away what was wrong with the heat pump and fixed it. We had a large group of family in the house who were all sweating. By the time dinner was over it was much cooler in the house, actually comfortable. It was great service all around!!
