I can absolutely say the customer service is the best I have ever had. Superior!!! They were fast getting back to me after I called and worked with me to get my air fixed. Terry the technician was fantastic and knew exactly what to do. He is very friendly, efficient and did a great job!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of help and personally would not call anyone else!!!

Very informative kept me up to date on the progress everything looks professional employees were very friendly would recommend them .they also informed me about a massive yellow jacket nest in my yard which is amazing due to I have a special needs kid that would surely go and try to touch them.

Larry was the gentleman on the service call. He was professional. He got my ac going with no difficulty. He explained everything he did. The price was reasonable. Excellent customer service!! Will definitely recommend your company to others.

After receiving 4 estimates for installation of a new a/c unit, I chose Comfort Cooling. Mikes' estimate was in the middle. I initially chose CC as a result of Mike's professionalism & knowledge of his craft. Random & Travis were polite, well informed, kept me informed, timely & neat. CC's customer service model & knowledgable staff could be a template for other businesses to follow. I will highly recommend this company to everyone. I have a cool home again. Thank you everyone 💓

The technician was there within 30 or so minutes of my call. He figured out right away what was wrong with the heat pump and fixed it. We had a large group of family in the house who were all sweating. By the time dinner was over it was much cooler in the house, actually comfortable. It was great service all around!!

Our AC went out in the middle of this heat wave. It was 90 degrees inside at midnight! I called Comfort first thing in the morning and they had someone at my house by 1pm and my AC working in under an hour. He got me working, recommended a maintenance schedule, didn't try to upsell me. I really appreciate Larry and Comfort taking care of us!

We used Comfort Last year for our Tune up and they told us then there was a leak they would keep an eye on. Because of their customer service last year, we trusted their assessment this year.
I am a researcher and HUGE on customer service, so I needed to be able to research costs, Comfort Cooling as well as the system and manufacturer. What I couldn't find online, they provided and very timely. They were all really great, but Terry was our main contact. He was knowledgeable and communicated outstandingly. They researched all the systems i was interested in and then gave me their professional opinion of what way they thought i would realize the most savings and comfortable home. My husband and I have been so pleased with it all

If I could give this establishment 10 stars I definitely would! From the administrative staff ( Meagan) to their field technician (Mike) they provided unparalleled customer service and support. We were planning to have to replace our unit when in actuality we only needed a repair and a few notes to consider for future planning. These people are knowledgeable and will not try to coerce unnecessary replacements or repairs. Had us up and running in less than 30 minutes.

Terry is knowledgeable, proficient and thorough. He is also very personable. He took time to explain why he was replacing our AC capacitor. It is always a stress free experience having him service our HVAC system.

Larry reassured me of the mini split functions and made my requested adjustments.

Very quick response time to service call. New unit and installation occurred within the week. Loaned and installed two window units to keep house cool while waiting. Always kept updated by office, dispatch and on-call technician. Professional, courteous and respectfull installers. Highly recommend this company.

This was the best service I have ever had. Terry was excellent knows his job and very efficient. He worked and cleaned the outdoor unit and put the filter in explained to me how the unit works.I feel he is the best so I plan to let the service with Comfort cleaning Heating and air conditioning and the price was just right.Terry was pleasant explained what he was doing and I learned a lot. These guys have been helping me out on different houses for years. Great group of guys. I already knew Donald and Mike, and a few others. Today I had 2 of my houses AC systems serviced by Joe & Wesley (I hadn't had the pleasure of meeting them today) also top notch pros. I'm 100% recommend using this company. They have done work from minor fixes to full blown hvac/re-plummings of houses for me. Solid~

Mike came out and gave us an estimate on a whole new package. The estimate he gave us was the same total when it was time to install the new unit. The time frame from ordering the unit until the installation was maybe 2 weeks. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. He was very pleasant and friendly. He always followed up with you when he said he would. Matt and another gentleman installed our unit they were on time. They both were very friendly and helpful. They left no mess behind. I will recommend Comfort Cooling to anyone who needs any kind of service done.
