Constraction reviews in Fairfax, Virginia

We were very impressed with the whole process, from the initial guidance by Erika and Daniel in their showroom to the professionalism and courtesy of the workers to the final testing of the system. We completely renovated our basement bathroom, including converting a tub to walk-in shower with Smart shower controller, and the cost was very reasonable compared to other companies - more high quality features, lower overall cost. Erika and Daniel responded promptly to our needs and questions, and we couldn't be more pleased.

CBK recently completed a complete renovation of a very dated bathroom in my new house, and they did a phenomenal job! Their pricing was extremely competitive, the owners Erika and Daniel were a delight to work with, and the crew did a beautiful job on the bathroom (and finished on time and on budget!). I cannot recommend this business highly enough, and will definitely be contacting them for future kitchen and bath projects I have planned for the next couple of years. Thank you again for the gorgeous bathroom!

We were extremely pleased with our master bath remodel by Century Bathrooms and Kitchens. Daniel and Erica were both professional and very personable in their interactions with us, helping us transform our vague ideas into a beautifully redesigned master bath. They were in contact with us throughout the process, and their crew was absolutely great with the tear out and install, which included plumbing, cabinetry, tile flooring, lighting, and a beautiful shower. They were also mindful of keeping the dust and debris away from the rest of the house. They covered the master bedroom in plastic sheeting to keep the dust down and cleaned up after themselves each evening when they left. When the work was completed, they sent in a housecleaning person to do a final and thorough cleanup of the bath and the master bedroom. The work they did was superb and it was done in a manner to minimize inconvenience to us. We would not hesitate to recommend Century Bath and Kitchens to our friends and neighbors, some of whom have already viewed our new bath with envy.

We recently had Century Bathrooms & Kitchens completely renovate two of our bathrooms and were very pleased with the outcome. The quality of craftsmanship and construction that their team provided was exceptional. During the planning and design phase of the project, Daniel and Erika were attentive and helpful when putting together a solution that was both reasonable and very aesthetically pleasing. Throughout the duration of the project and after, they did their best to accommodate our feedback and requests. They clearly cared about maintaining a high quality of work and making sure we were happy with how every aspect turned out.

Our master bathroom renovation turned out wonderful. When others see it, their reaction is wow! The project went smoothly. Erika and Daniel do quality work, use quality products, and have workers who care about the end result. They took the time to answer all our questions and designed a bathroom that meet all our needs both current and future. They assisted us in choosing the right floor and shower tiles, porcelain tiles, grout and countertop while staying within our budget. Everyday they cleaned up so we had minimum of disruption. They finished in a reasonable amount of time. We definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I was referred to Century Bathrooms & Kitchens by two different people that were extremely pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of the company. I contracted them to do a total demo of our main floor and put in a new kitchen, powder room, and flooring and paint throughout. We also did a total demo and install of the master bathroom. Kevin is very meticulous and does amazing work and he even found space above the bathroom and vaulted the bathroom ceiling, added a sub-floor in the “attic” we did not know we had and added stairs for access. He also discovered an empty shaft in the hallway and built a nice size hall closet for me. The entire team is very professional, and they do not cut any corners. They have a showroom in Fairfax which is very helpful when making design decisions. They use quality products and the work is excellent. Honestly, I did find that they were a little higher priced, but now I see why. You are paying for quality. I have had houses built before and have had homes that needed quite a bit of work, and I have never seen a company that performs and delivers like Century Bathrooms & Kitchens. I have had several people in my house since they have finished, and they were all overwhelmed by the quality and stunning job that was done. Several of my neighbors have already asked for their contact information. I still cannot believe how smooth the process was and how beautiful my new house looks! I highly recommend Century Bathrooms & Kitchens!

I recently remodeled my master bathroom with Century Bathrooms & Kitchens and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This is the first major project in my home and Erika and Daniel helped me in every step of the way. Starting with the design and selecting all the right materials. The workmanship was outstanding and at a very fair price. The workers were on time
and very clean throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Century Bathrooms & Kitchens and will be sure to use them on my next project!

We love our remodeled bathroom. Erika and Daniel friendly and helpful, and the workers were professional and efficient. I would highly recommend Century for your bathroom remodel.

We worked with Erika and Dan and the Century Bathrooms and Kitchens team for the renovation of two bathrooms and in both instances, had an optimal experience from initiation and design through to project completion. Every step of the process was marked by clear communication, impeccable workmanship, professionalism, and sensitivity. Working with this team was a pleasure, and both renovations felt like a partnership of their expertise and our goals coming together to create a beautiful and practical product. We recommend Century without reservation and look forward to working with them again.

We had an outstanding experience with Century Bathrooms and Kitchens! A family-owned business that delivers top-notch craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. They turned our vision into a beautiful reality. Highly recommended!

Century Plumbing came by to replace a recessed light which had stopped working soon after installation. They made it easy! They scheduled a time to come by, showed up as expected, and did the repair quickly. They know what they’re doing, and they’re pleasant to have around. Highest marks to Century Plumbing. And the original bathroom and laundry room job was done professionally and on time.

We first used Century Bathrooms and Kitchens in 2014 to renovate our 2 bathrooms and kitchen. Their work was outstanding and the pricing was fair and transparent. As a result of their previous work, we have reached out to CB&K to help with a new project due to their efficiency, punctuality and prior performance.

This is the second project we’ve used Century Bathrooms for. They did our kitchen in 2016 and remodeled our primary bathroom in 2023 and did an amazing job both times! Incredibly high quality work and super responsive. Daniel and Erika worked tirelessly to ensure everything was to our liking and made sense. They were also quick to answer any questions and respond to any issues. Cannot recommend this company enough. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I are really happy with work that was done. The cabinets and tile work are beautiful. We like working with a small family-run business. Daniel and Erika are wonderful. Their showroom was well worth the visit. The bathroom is small and they made it work. The start to finish time were as described.

Bathroom renovation. We loved working with Century Bathrooms and Kitchens. Everything about the experience was superb. We had a small space that we wanted to maximize utility, light and still be a cute and warm space. As the space evolved over demo, repair and build up our expectations were rewarded beyond our original hope. The pivot to dual pocket doors was really a space saver and game changer (for our needs). Tasteful choices of colors and finishes, with the teams help, really sealed the deal. The crew(s) was super professional, courteous and went out of their way to minimize debris and disruption to our home life. Highly recy these folks!!

Erika and Daniel were great to work with, very flexible and reliable. Tile work was preformed by a first class installer, which may be the most important piece of the installation. Excellent work overall and on time. Would use them again.

I had a great experience with Igor and his team. Igor was very responsive and he and his team completed the project meticulously for a reasonable price. I highly recommend IIP.

Outstanding workmanship ! Timely, professional and friendly ! Highly recommend to anyone !
Thank you again Igor and team !

I’ve work with Igor and his crew for over 15 years. They are like family to me! Would never use anyone else! Trustworthy and professional!!

They've done all sorts of work for us over the last decade from plumbing and electrical to a full kitchen remodel. We are very happy with their work. Professional, solid jobs with transparent pricing.

I highly recommend IIP construction. The team was fast, reliable and performed work of high quality. My 3 bedroom condo got new paint, new bathroom and kitchen, as well as new electrical circuit breaker board and new outlets all over the condo. I will definitely hire them again.
