Just had my repair work done by Victor. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He arrived on time and he was very informative and patient explaining the issue to me. He let me know the estimate of cost, which was very reasonable, and explained the the repair process to me. I would highly recommend.

Forrest and Victor have been out multiple times to our old townhome and our new house. Any job small(adding a recessed outlet) to big(a full panel/service upgrade) have been done professionally and cleanly. They do a great job and have earned a lifetime customer for all things Electric!

Victor came by to repair some switches that were acting funny. He knew exactly what was going on as soon as I showed him and was able to replace them. He also gave me a call about 30 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know a closer time within the 2 hour window of when he would be here which was very helpful.

Victor came to our house & installed recessed lighting on the lower level of a split foyer. He called before he came, was timely, nice, and extremely intelligent. He spent time mapping out the best lighting grid and quickly overcame ductwork clashing issues within the ceiling. The finished product looks and operates great.

Riddle is a top notch electrician service! They performed many services on our home, including a installing a brand new electrical breaker box, rewired all electrical outlets, fixed a short behind a wall, repaired two fan installs, and fixed about 15 of our recessed light installs. These electricians “saved us” from a potentially very dangerous situation / fire hazard. We had live wires behind many of our fixtures from a GC who had illegally installed many of them when we originally moved into our house. Riddle not only repaired our home and made it safe to live in, but also professionally advised us on many issues. Always on time and even stayed late hours to finish the jobs. Would recommend Riddle in a heartbeat. Best in the region!

The gentleman from Riddle Electric was extremely knowledgable, explained what the likely issue was, verified his assessment, and provided us with a recommendation on bulbs (after confirming our wiring was good to go). Riddle electric was the second electrical company that came to my house to try to fix an electrical issue I was having through my home insurance company. The first electrical company that was sent said my meter was broken and that’s not covered by the insurance so I had my energy company come out and checked everything and they stated they didn’t believe that was the case so i disputed with the insurance and they sent riddle electric out for a second opinion riddle stated it was my panel which I also agreed with because I also had a third party to check the issue. After going back and forth with issuance the owner of riddle electric Forrest got the insurance company to agree the panel was the issue. Victor was sent out to do the work which was replacing my entire panel. Victor did an outstanding job he was super helpful and explained everything to us in detail. I definitely recommend this company and recommend victor for any job. I will be contacting them again for any electrical issues or upgrades in the future. Thank you Forrest and Victor you guys are a great team and I appreciate all the hard work.

Had water coming out of our circuit box and RES was great. They didn't just replace the breakers and call it a day, but did the necessary root cause analysis to find the true underlying problem to make it a long term fix. They had all the parts in stock - which given the current supply chain issues was amazing, and gave us a fair price on the labor and materials. Ultimately it was a fast and easy service.

Victor, the electrician, came out on a home warranty service call. He was knowledgeable about my plan and what repairs he could perform after his assessment of my forever home's electrical heart. Thank you for your honesty in writing my estimate. He even gave advice on what I could do on my own in my efforts to be cost efficient. Most importantly, he prioritized repairs with an emphasis on safety in the near and long term. Top Notch service!

Forrest with Riddle Electric came out to address an issue that we were having, and not only did he find some sources of the potential problem, he found an issue with our generator install and contacted the company for us! He went above and beyond to find that they did not complete our permit, and the generator company came the same day to rectify the issue. We are thankful for Forrest, his expertise, and critical eye in tackling a big safety issue for us!

Used Riddle as a result of my home warranty. Victor came out and was great. He was friendly, respectful of my home, identified and resolved the issue quickly, and answered my many questions. Very happy with their service provided.

We had some electrical work done by another business that ended up being incorrect. Fortunately, our home warranty provider connected us with Riddle Electric. The owner, Forest, was able to schedule a technician to come to our home within 3 hours. Victor (the technician) was very communicative, professional, and personable. He was very helpful with what we had going on and I can not recommend Victor enough for any electrical jobs in the house.

Riddle Electric was assigned the ticket we submitted through our home warranty company. Victor showed up on time, called prior to arrival, and had all of our issues fixed rather quickly. He was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed some of the issues just from our description of the problem. He was extremely friendly and professional. Based on our experience, I would recommend Riddle Electric.

We've used Riddle for multiple services, including having multiple outlets replaced, and most recently, having a Tesla home charger installed. Riddle's electricians have always been fantastic--responsive to concerns and explaining steps/issues along the way. We were especially impressed with how smoothly the team installed the EV home charger, and for a reasonable price, too. We will continue using Riddle for our electrical service needs!

Couldn’t have been happier with Forrest and his deep knowledge and experience on everything. We built a new home and had a basement bar project and it worked out great. He saved us time and money and will use them for all my other jobs moving forward in the future. Very competitive on his prices and fair. Highly recommend him!

Victor came out and addressed all the issues that I had... he went above and beyond the call of service to ensure that everything associated with my problem was in order before proceeding. Contacted my home warranty company because my condo had a power outage. The contractor they gave me was Riddle Electric. It was urgent as the A/C was affected. (OUT)
Technician came out diagnosed the problem. Said the breaker panel was getting only one leg of voltage and told me it was the responsibility of the local utility company. The utility responded and after analysis replied their area of responsibility was good. Called Riddle and asked them to return to give the problem a second look as the ticket had not been closed out and the person on the line responded they couldn't do anything. Just took the money and ran. I called my home warranty company and asked for a different contractor even though I have to pay the service fee a second time. I prefer that to the bad customer service I received from Riddle Electric.

The technician with this company was really great. He showed up at the right time and was competent in completing the tasks. He also offered helpful advice. I have a real problem with the person who made the appointment. When I mentioned that I learned of this company via my homeowners warranty, he complained about having too much work from them. When the technician didn't charge me enough to meet the warranty charge, he got upset when I offered to send a check. He even lied to me about the warranty expectations of immediate payment.
