All reviews for Riddle Electric Service, LLC

Came out and said that warrenty doesn’t cover the part which in fact it was covered. Once warranty called and noted it’s covered he noted it wasn’t installed correctly. Collected the check and left. Terrible company

I don’t recommend Riddle Electric. Not good at all. high price, and the worst customer service. I wish I could give them ZERO star.

Forrest and Riddle electric are the worst. They are very dishonest in their business practice. he took our money without fixing the issue. I do not recommend them at all. !

Forrest is a very incompetent and dishonest electrician. He charged me to fix my lights and they are not fixed. He took my money and ran away. I do not recommend Forrest and Riddle electric to anyone. If you don’t want to be scammed , stay away from them.

I usually don’t complain here, but Riddle Electric is the worst electrician company you can find in the area. Forest (the owner) is very dishonest and incompetent. He is very disrespectful and just talking big. He charged me very high price for the lights that he couldn’t even fix. I do Not recommend them at all!

I unfortunately didn’t get Victor. I got Forest. Very unprofessional. Charged me even though I had a warranty for the home. Did nothing but complain about improper work done to kitchen remodel I suspect so he could charge outside the warranty. Didn’t confront him because he’s loud and i just wanted him out of
My house. Will report to warranty company and will get what he charged me back as he didn’t even fix the problems. I a better company come come out the very next day and repaired in 3 minutes. Don’t use Riddle and if they are under your house warranty advise your home warranty he is very unprofessional and a cheat
As expected his response is very inaccurate. He still charged me for repairs that should be under my warranty. I should've only had to pay for the deductible on my warranty or nothing as he only fixed one thing under the warranty. Also...my Kitchen was fully legal and permitted as I told him numerous times. Again..just an excuse for being a cheat bully service person. I also heard him on 2 phone calls tell whoever was on the other line "do it. I need to make money". That's when I knew how unprofessional he was.
