Jim Sparks of Metropolitan Contractors was a pleasure to work with. Our basement project was due to water damage and involved an insurance claim. Jim contacted our adjuster and they finalized the details of the work that needed to be performed. All work was done in a timely manner by an excellent crew. We are completely satisfied with the finished project.

once we settled on the scope of work their crew
and sub-contractors came in to do the project
we were impressed with Metro and all their subs
we love our basement and would recommend them
we will be calling them back for other projects
in the future!!!!!!

I called this company to have some work done. I vividly explained the job I needed completed and they told me they did that type of work. I had them come by for an estimate, at which point they told me they don't do that type of work, setting me back 6 days and back to square one of finding someone who does the work I'm looking for. Highly unprofessional and clearly lacking in knowledge of what services they provide.
