I’m always so happy after APS Cleaning has been to my home! I’ve used other services and yet haven’t experienced the level of professionalism in customer service and in cleaning as they provide. I’m so happy I found them when I did!

I paid for a deep cleaning and was sent one person for 3 hours who was not able to do deep cleaning when I was told a crew would be sent. After 3 hours and several complaints 3 people were sent for an hour who just vacuumed. This was a move in cleaning without any furniture and absolutely nothing was done. The bathrooms, the kitchen everything was left undone and I had to end up cleaning everything myself including the fridge, stove, cabinets and mostly all surfaces. I was explicit in asking whether disinfection services would be provided as part of the deep clean. Most surfaces weren't even wiped let alone a deep cleaning! I was left with a 600 dollar plumber bill from one of the cleaners attempting to take out a ladder from my utility closet and damaging a water pipe! If I hadn't addressed it quickly the leak could have led to flooding.

Move in/out cleaning.
Cleaning was scheduled in a professional manner, with two cleaners and a manager. Since they were running a little late, I was notified about that which I felt was professional. However, they had scheduled more cleaning jobs with others at the same time, and so cleaners were being swapped again and again, and only one person was working at a time. In the end, it was the manager crew was working and cleaning the remaining two rooms. After he said he was done, I inspected a few areas and they were not done- kitchen cabinets from inside, blinds, oven plates, and dishwasher from inside, bathroom walls etc. Looked like they cleaned everything in a rush and so didn’t clean properly and since cleaners were being swapped, crew manager was unaware of areas that weren’t cleaned properly. However, I inspected the whole apartment and asked him to clean again, which he did. Also, there was a lack of communication between the crew manager and the manager. Getting on call with the manager, she kept telling me, the apartment was dirty- what did you expect? If it was not dirty, I wouldn’t have called you. Unaware that only one person was working at a time, she blamed me that the apartment is super dirty and so it’s taking more than 3 hours.

After 8 hours of cleaning-inspecting-cleaning, the apartment was fully cleaned properly and which led me in giving 3 stars.
I would say, if you’re going to schedule cleaning with this company, be ready and keep inspecting from the 1st minute.

Angela, Jose & the team are fantastic! Someone once said that trying to clean while your family is home is like brushing your teeth while eating Oreos. The APS team has been cleaning our house for months now & they do an excellent job. APS is reliable, flexible, trustworthy, professional, and paying them to come clean every week is money well spent. APS Services has been cleaning our 4 story townhome in Leesburg since we moved here 2 1/2 years ago. I was very impressed with APS cleaning service. I have hired them for deep cleans on multiple occasions. I was impressed by the thoroughness of the work (vacuumed the grooves in the baseboard, windows were excellently done, etc) and how easy it was to schedule service. The cleaners themselves were very nice and professional. Would recommend.

They advertise gutter cleaning but I call and apparently they don't do gutter cleaning. Just gutter repairs.
