The customer service with urban clean pro is quite impressive. Very quick response time, the online scheduling system is very easy to navigate. Thorough cleaning service. I would happily use them again.

I booked everything online easily but the system was down the first time and they didn't show. The owner called me to explain and reschedule. While she was a half hour late, I was satisfied with the cleaning afterwards. She wore a mask and gloves the whole time. She took the full two hours after being late to clean and I was especially happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom/bathtub afterwards.

I have been using urban clean pro for the past 6 months and they do a really good job. They are responsive and flexible their prices are reasonable. They are very professional and trustworthy so I don't worry about a thing while they clean and I am at work. It was a joy to meet and work with them.

Urban clean professionals has probably been the best maid service I have ever had. They are reliable and went beyond what I expected for cleaning service. Shine Select did the job, and did it well. They were also patient with me about scheduling difficulties I was having on my side.

I started with an in person consult from Zach, and he gave a clear itemization of costs for different cleaning services offered by Shine Select. This is a professional company with insured license covering their work. A few days later, a 2 person team from Shine Select arrived at my house and soft washed the roof, exterior, windows, and pretreated the front walkway pavers and rear patio before power washing them. Excellent job done with photos and explanations given by their friendly technicians.
I am very glad to have hired Shine Select, rather than my neighbors' "guy" who power washed their home and doused their Verizon internet box which disconnected their internet. You get what you pay for trying to save a few bucks. Just hire Shine Select and trust the pros!
