Guys were great. Cleaned the house up really nice and it looks good. Additionally, I hired them to put Christmas lights on my home. They worked for quite some time, but it looks fantastic. I hired Shine Select to clean out my gutters full of pine needles, pressure wash the gutters, downspouts, sidewalks and steps and also the entire townhouse. They did a very good job, were on time and the workers were very courteous and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs pressure washing services. My roof looks brand new thanks to Shine Select! I am impressed with the quality of work and the response time in having my roof cleaned. The staff is extremely courteous and responds quickly to any questions. They took the time to cover my plants and shrubs to prevent them from being affected by the cleaning solution. Extremely bad experience. Had a concrete driveway soft cleaned which resulted in no improvement and a burnt lawn along the edges from the chemicals used. After requesting a full refund the owner demanded I pay part of the costs.

This company pressure Wash my pool deck and sidewalks and wash my windows today and they did a great job. The two gentleman that came to my house were very professional and respectful. Did a great job cleaning and cleaning up five out of five.

Excellent, fast service. They cleaned my cedar shake roof and completely removed several weather stains. They gave a detailed, fair quote, and found a way to work with my schedule on short notice. Highly recommended service, and I will definitely use them again.

I requested a quote from Shine Select and Zac came out the next day. He arrived during his specified time window and was polite and professional. My wife and I discussed the quote and then let Shine Select know we were in. Within a week, the team was at our house doing their magic. We got a whole house and roof wash (two separate line items). The Shine Select team worked for seven hours and did a great job. Their communication before hand was top notch and scheduling was a breeze. The house and roof look brand new. We received a few quotes and while Shine Select wasn't the cheapest, we feel we made the right choice! You will be pleased with the results!

I have been using Shine Select for the past several years for everything from cleaning brick patio, brick walkways, siding, and especially windows. I just had my windows cleaned today and they are BEAUTIFUL!!! Zach was so kind to rearrange the schedule for this work. The two men who came out arrived on time and were absolutely wonderful, so respectful, and did a great job. The the cost for cleaning windows on a classic colonial including several screens and outside of skylight is a very reasonable price. My home shines inside and out. Highly recommend!!!.

A+++ company and results! I can’t recommend Shine Sslect enough. Another company initially cleaned our gutters but they were horrible, especially when it took them less than 10 minutes to finish and the price charged was different than the initial quote I received. After that I hired Shine Select and this makes the fourth time I have used them. Each time they have done an amazing job - on time, professional/friendly, and always wonderful results. After the gutter cleaning I got a quote for deck cleaning. While the quote wasn’t the cheapest one I received, I did some research and they were definitely correct when they said don’t hire someone to do a high pressure wash because it removes a protectant layer on this type of deck. Realizing that cheap labor didn’t work the first time, I went ahead with the deck cleaning and was stunned by the results. The deck at our new home was disgusting (green mold everywhere) and we wouldn’t use it. After Shine Select did a soft wash it seriously looks brand new. They didn’t miss a single spot - top, bottom, sides. It was truly the best money I have ever spent. If you are hesitant about paying the extra, don’t be. I won’t use anyone else in the future.

We recently used Shine Select for the second time after our first excellent experience. Our siding looks great again, and we had them unclog our gutters as well, handy with all the recent rain.

Kevin was prompt coming out to do an estimate, and service followed quickly. The crew let us know when they’d arrive ahead of time. No billing surprises.

Our house had black streaks on the roof in multiple places and it made us question if the roof needed to be replaced. Turns out it was just DIRTY. The Shine Shield team was incredibly professional and competent. They even got the dirty stains off the sides of the house on the siding. The house is no longer an embarrassment. I wholeheartedly recommend Shine Shield and I appreciate that their quote was competitive when I compared it with other companies.

Did a great job with a cleaning of the exterior on my townhome. Making an appointment was a breeze and it was nice to be able to just set up a date and time with no issues. House is looking so much better now!

Zach and crew did a great job power washing the roof and siding on our house. They took extra care in removing tough mold and algae. The place truly sparkles.

Last May, we hired ShineSelect to wash our 18 windows and screens. The charge was $500 for the windows and $3 each for the screens, so a total of about $550. Two guys showed up more or less on time but said that one of them had broken the power washer and he would have to go get another one.

The job took all day, with one of the two roaming around our house commenting on photos and magazines and trying to start a conversation with me about the Second Amendment. They finally finished after 7 p.m.

I later noticed that some of the screens were loose. When we returned this Spring after being gone for a few months, two screens had fallen off and were lying bent and broken on the lawn. Looking through the house, I realized that all the screen were loose — they had not been snapped into place properly.

I emailed ShineSelect and included numerous photos of screens barely hanging on and waving a welcome to passing insects. On May 10, I got a lukewarm response asking how many screens were loose and I replied that all 16 were, not counting the two that had already fallen off.

That’s the last I heard from ShineSelect. They apparently have no interest in finishing the job or repairing the damage to the screens that fell off.

I would certainly not recommend this company for anything.

Easy to arrange service. Experienced staff, who listen to the homeowner's concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend and will call again! Window washing and gutter cleaning. House pressure next.

The absolute worst experience having my exterior house & composite deck cleaned by this company. The deck had to be cleaned twice & several areas on the front & side of the house had to be redone to remove patches of mildew & dirt left behind. When I pointed this out both workers were very argumentative, but one of them did redo these areas. The other one was rude & disrespectful. Overall, the work was sloppy & unprofessional!!
