I had incredibly unprofessional and frustrating experience with The Maids in Fairfax. The cleaning crew broke my blinds and did not disclose the damage before they left. The management team has been virtually unresponsive. No compensation for the damage has been offered.

Do not hire The Maids. Go with one of the other professional cleaning services in the area. I wish I had.

They do a great job. Never disappointed when I come home after a cleaning.

After never having a cleaning service, hip-replacement surgery pointed to not being able to do it myself. I called The Maids and they were terrific in every way --from initial phone call, explanation of program, setting up a first-time appointment, emails from Julio and Lena (the Fairfax team leaders), to the actual cleaning. The Maids team was excellent, efficient, and did everything and more. Leader Maricela and Judy with whom I spoke were helpful and a delight. My house was sparkling and I felt so much better! Why did I wait so long? I am looking forward to their next visit!

The same team - Minerva, Sonia, Rosita & Lucia - always does an excellent job cleaning my house, following my directions where applicable. And they're consistently courteous & considerate.

Team 1 has been cleaning my apartment for over a year and they are terrific. I can’t say enough goods things about the cleaning service. They always do a great job with my place. It’s always spotless when they leave. Ask for team 1 when you hire Maids for their service. Worth the money.

Amazing service. The crew knew areas to stay away from, where to focus more heavily (Problem areas) and worked quite effectively as a TEAM. When they left I felt it hard to move about the house because I didn’t want to mess anything up!

The BLINDS in my space get so DUSTY and required a LOT of detailed fours on getting them clean - they showed me (one swipe with a cloth) how much dust the office blinds had collected and it was impressive after done - the cleanliness … that took huge effort and focus. I hate doing them myself, HATE … what a relief. And whatever products they use for glass showers is MAGiC.

I contacted Peg Leg Gutters to review, clean, and repair the gutters on our second story house as we were not able to access them. During the call, Tim Curry discussed the company’s service and set up a prompt appointment for inspection.

Tim was able to come out on April 12, 2026 to inspect the house and sent the quote on April 14. It was extremely reasonable so we moved ahead with scheduling the work. The team came out on April 23 and completed the task promptly and efficiently.

I am extremely pleased with their customer service, the team’s completion of the job, and the follow up to ensure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this company for gutter, cleaning, customer service and installation of gutter covers.

Peg Leg Gutters company was recommended to me by my Neighbours, who had their gutters cleaned and covered by them several years ago and are still happy with the result. The company checks off all the necessary boxes: on time, knowledgeable, answer all the questions and share pictures and clean after themselves. Definitely recommend.

Exceptionally easy dealing with Don for gutter guard installation. We communicated via cell and text, his crews arrived promptly and we worked through one minor issue over the phone. Gutter guards were installed and gutters cleaned for a fair price with no hassle. Highly recommend!
