I have only been in Reston three months but was happy to start using APS Home cleaning for my condo. They do an excellent job for a very reasonable price and Patricia is great.

Patricia and her crew have been cleaning our home since 2018. They do a fantastic job, and are very friendly and caring to our family. I also very much appreciate the reminder text the day before our cleaning day. Thanks for all you do!!

Patricia and her team have been cleaning our home for several years now, and they always do a thorough job. Her team covers my entire house in under 3 hours and every detail, from how they make the beds to how they tidy the bathrooms leaves the house looking like a hotel when they're done. The Cleaning authority has been cleaning my townhouse for over 10 years. At first the work was done and the company was owned by a friend of mine and she sold the company to a new franchiser about 8 years ago. I can tell you that the service and company is better than ever. I don't know the new owners but I am so pleased at the quality of the teams with cleaning my house in the years they have working on my home I have only received top service from them and will be a dedicated customer. They use Green Cleaning Products and have only had one price increase in the last several years. They have a key to my house as some time we are out of town and I totally trust their staff. When we have extra attention needed for detail cleaning they go out of their way to make sure we have a clean home. They are the best of the best. We have a home in Florida and I wish they were as best as the Cleaning Authority. Thanks so much for the on going great service you provide at a cost effective and reasonable price.

I used a few other cleaning services before finding The Cleaning Authority. None of the others came close to the quality of the Cleaning Authority. I’ve been using this service for many, many years. The teams do a great job and their office personnel always try to accommodate my schedule if I need an extra cleaning before company visits (that is, pre-Covid, when we had company). The teams are efficient, thorough, careful and professional.

For those of you afraid to use a service because you fear the crew changes week to week, cleaning authority worked with me until I found a good crew for me, and now they’ve been my regular cleaning duo for at least two years. I really love my cleaning ladies, Guendy and Ana. They are trustworthy, efficient and my house is very clean!
