We have been using the Cleaning Authority for several years and been very happy with the service. They always do a great job, and professional. I was nervous about continuing service through COVID and paused for a while, but am so happy to have them coming again, they always wear masks in my home. Highly recommend!

Update, Nov. 3, 2023 - Our home is shiny clean! As always, with The Cleaning Authority team.

We have been customers of The Cleaning Authority for two decades. When the pandemic came, we continued to pay for our cleaning dates but hesitated to have the crew come in our house. Today was the third time The Cleaning Authority came recently. Our home is shining! The crew worked efficiently, wearing masks & gloves & following all protocols. We left the house while they worked. When I read that Dr. Fauci & his wife have a cleaning service that comes to their home every two weeks, I knew it could be done very safely.

Update, Nov. 2 - Once again, a total pleasure to return to our home & find it shining clean! I love the occasional personal little touches, such as how the team artfully arranges pillows on our couch more attractively. The team wears masks & gloves. It's wonderful to have The Cleaning Authority!

I am writing this complaint not because of service that was done in regard to cleaning, the cleaning itself is great. But the customer service I just dealt with by the representative Jose was totally unprofessional and uncalled for, he hung up on me when I was coughing and kept talking over me.

I simply inquired about additional charges, I was willing to pay if he explained also but he was too busy speaking to me in a patronizing manner, I literally was just trying to understand the additional payment, but he was too rude for me to voice my concern and kept repeating to, “Let me talk.” And “are you finished?” Every time I said anything.

I asked to talk to the owner, because at that point I didn’t care about the additional charge. I just wanted to send a complaint as it is unbelievably shotty customer service.

He hung up again, it was very immature and petty.

Today was my first appointment with The Cleaning Authority and my home looks fantastic! They did a great job!

There was a change in cleaning crew 4 weeks ago. This new crew has been communicating with us better. They remember some of the things we asked for and overall do a better job cleaning the rooms.

The cleaning authority team was wonderful, respectful and kind. They arrived on time, were meticulous and detail oriented. When I asked them to clean our master Suite first, so we could stay with our dogs after, it was no problem. We will be using them as our primary and go to cleaning service from here on out! If I could give more stars I would. Use them for all your cleaning needs, don’t even think about it!

I’m impressed with my first experience with a cleaning service. The two ladies did a great job cleaning and were very efficient! All just over an hour is impressive. Although it was mainly surface level cleaning, it would've taken me forever to do it. Well recommended for general maintenance in the house!

Just switched to The Cleaning Authority and I am very happy with their work. My house has never been this clean! I love that I can easily use the app or the website to adjust which spaces I want clean, reschedule cleanings, pay my bill and probably more that I haven’t discovered yet!
