Recently had my patio remodeled and a fence put up by green technique. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done on time, and correctly. They even took their time meticulously cleaning after the job was complete so that there was no left over mess. Could not recommend them more. The gentlemen I spoke with was very professional and understanding of the specific way I wanted things to be done. 10/10 will definitely use them again for any landscaping and future renovations.

Almost 4 months and the patio still has drainage issues. Dozens of rescheduled appointments only for the crew to never come and promises to fix. 1 star because zero and negative values are not available.

We use this company for all of our landscaping work around the house. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. Prices are competitive with everybody out there. Very happy with the work they do.

We watched a full size pick up truck that was pulling a large trailer, blatantly run a red light from a full stop. We were all waiting patiently to turn in a dual turn lane onto a major road. But when not making a light that a clearly ran the red while the opposing traffic had a green. They got about 10 different vehicles to honk their horn, including the opposing traffic. Their response? Throw up their hands out the vehicle. I wouldn't trust these guys to care for rocks if they obviously can't care for the lives of others, how could they care for your lawn?

At a time when I was feeling pretty bummed, having received some pretty horrible customer service lately and businesses/people trying to take advantage of us (unrelated to lawn care), Chuck stopped by to provide an estimate for some potential lawn work. He was honest, understanding, and remembered us from a previous visit... Four years ago!

Premium Lawn and Landscape is a trusted resource when it comes to our landscaping needs. About ten years ago they installed a beautiful 100 ft. paver walkway around the side of our home. The walkway has stood the test of time and recently we had the company back to perform expected maintenance. This included raising the level of the walkway in sections to improve drainage and relaying several sections of pavers to level the walk where tree roots had shifted the pavers — a substantial job. Premium again exceeded our expectations in every way - quality, responsiveness, professionalism and great communication. The workers out in the field are hard workers and their overall work good. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with management. It took multiple calls and emails for the supervisor to respond to my concern. Finally, after a couple of months higher management had to step in to properly assist me. By then,summer had passed and my irrigation system was never repaired.

The Lawn was struggling prior to the Commissioning of Premium Lawncare. There were drainage issues, and part of the lawn was low in elevation. The grass was not growing.
Premium came in and addressed all the issues beautifully. The result is that the lawn is beautiful now. Lush green. Even the neighbors are talking. We are extremely delighted with the service provided by Premium Lawncare.
We have used them for several projects, and will continue to use them if a need ever arises. They are an outstanding professional organization. Very responsible and caring. Great customer service.

I am beyond disappointed in this Premium’s ability to provide simple, quality landscaping services. What may seem logical to the most people to do in order to complete a job correctly is not something Premium has been capable of from my multiple experiences. Scheduling, communications, follow up, managing projects…all terrible. I give up with these people. Not going back to them for anything. Disgusted.

My HOA hired premium landscape to remove a tree on common ground. They damaged my siding and when confronted about it they blamed me. Steve is a total LIAR and very unprofessional. Mark the owner is no better. Just do yourself a favor and find a better company. I advise anyone reading this to not use premium landscape.

Premium landscape I love your cookie cutter response. If the garden cart handle matched perfectly why did Steve refuse to show me when confronted face to face about it. I even offered to pay him double what the HOA paid for the job in cash if the garden cart matched he refused. The roots from the tree were all over the back yard and your inexperienced crew used a stump grinder to try and remove them in by using the stump grinder that they clearly didn't know how to properly operate they caused damage to our house and you refuse to accept responsibility for. very professional. Let's see a picture of the front of your stump grinder!

Mike came out for an estimate to build an area for a hot tub foundation. He gave a promt very competitive estimate. On the days of the job the crew showed up with nice equipment and finished the job very quickly. I was very happy with the whole experience and recommend them 100%

We hired Premium Lawn Care to mow our lawn once and treat our weeds. We have turfed areas in our yard from being cut short and many weeds. We hired the company to come back and do a follow-up weed treatment and then a aeration and feed services. We have been waiting for weeks for these services to be done. I received a call to schedule the aeration and feed and when I asked about the other services the person didn’t know anything about it. I just reached out to the company and was told that they didn’t have my signed contract; how can this be when I receive that call? I resent the signed contract email and was told someone would get back to me… No thank you. Very disappointed and frustrated.

We have been clients of Premium Lawn and Landscape for over 20 years and have had wonderful results with this company. Great customer service, professional landscaping and landscapers who take pride in their work, easy and flexible contract terms (we have year-round maintenance), and an educated and licensed Arborist who gives the best advice for healthy management of trees/shrubs. Upon our recommendation, many families in our community use Premium and we have never heard about a neighbor who was not satisfied. Keep up the GOOD WORK!

Premium does a great job with the lawn every week and their dependability is like clockwork. They have never missed a cut. Their pricing for seeding and aeration is reasonable.

Premium cuts grass in our community. I live in Lansdowne. I have asked their guys not to blow debris at my cars. They look at me like I'm stupid. They continue to do it. My husband has addressed this with Steve, no results. He needs to train his employees and let them know it is not acceptable. What happens when a rock hits a window? I don't appreciate dirt and sand being blown on my cars. This needs to stop.

The goal was to update our gardens by splitting plants, trimming bushes, and leaving all the split plants and bushes. The once beautiful garden has been trashed! The large box woods should have been thinned underneath instead they used a blade to trim all around. Absolute terrible job. I asked them to leave all the expensive astilbe plants that they split. The team had them on the lawn and when I went outside to ask to bring up to a shaded spot they had tossed them in the truck per Mark’s instructions and would not take them out. We’ve used this organization prior at another home and the person who was in charge and the workers did a great job. The company has changed and I suggest you do the same.

Premium has been our weekly mowing and annual leaf removal company for over two years. We are very pleased with the quality, care and consistency of the team that takes care of our property. It's also nice that they keep a fairly consistent schedule and service team. We plan on continuing to use them in the future!
