If you know exactly what you need and where it is, you'll do ok. If you need any kind of help or need to ask anyone anything, bring your walking shoes, an ipod, and enjoy the cardio from walking all over the store chasing bad suggestions. And bring a phone with the Amazon app so you can buy what you need. Places like this would do way better having a kiosk at the entrance where you can search what you need and have the machine tell you where it actually is.

I went to pick up some firewood and saw that the piles of wood had large amounts of feces right on top of the pile. It was really big!!! Must have been raccoon feces, but thankfully another pile was still clean-ish enough to purchase some. I hope they clean off or disinfect that pile of wood because it's a big health hazard.

The staff is friendly enough, but they do not have enough people to handle a Saturday rush. And to top it off, when their systems are slow or go down, they reeeally go down. Lines backed up 10-15 people deep on the one garden register alone.

I just wanted to write this review for my experience with one sales associate. We were purchasing various garden plants and needed some assistance. Mrs. Lisa Brown was the person helping us. she was very knowledgeable on what we needed to buy and helped us gather everything in no time. it was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences we had at this location.

Blade Runners has been the community landscape provider for over 5 years. The community grounds are always pristine and provides great curb appeal for the townhomes.

Blade runners removed three trees in my backyard. They finished the job quickly without damaging anything. Great business and will definitely use them again!

"The staff at Blade Runners has outstanding knowledge of the landscape business -- your lawn, your shrubs, your trees, and much, much more. Plus, customer service and satisfaction are always a top priority with them. Blade Runners, you're the best!"

If your HOA is planning to use them, suggest you stop by (Forest View (Clifforest Drive)) and see first hand what you can expect.

Without any notification, I come home to see that a tree that was planted in my yard few days ago, was removed and replaced with a completely different type. No one called to notify or tell me the reason. I had to email the next day and the response i got it was a mistake from the crew. What type of communication between management and crew. I was planning to use them again, but not anymore.

I called with an issue over an internet line that an employee cut. When my husband told the worker what happened, he didn’t say anything and gave us a card that directed us to contact an account manager. A representative named Amy accepted no responsibility and instead blamed Verizon. I tried to explain to her that I missed half a day of work due to the error and wanted to make them aware to prevent this in the future. I explained that crew members have broken other items in the past but that this time it caused a huge inconvenience which is why I was making them aware. Amy’s response was rude, short, condescending and in her words told me she didn’t know what I was trying gain and hung up on me. I only needed blade runners to say we will talk to our crew and tell them to be careful but instead was told in a raised voice that they have to do their job quick and then hung up on me.

I've called their office and left a message about poor work in my condo area.(Sherbrooke 1) the owner or manager never got back to me. They came yesterday to do landscaping work and didn't blow the cut grass from my porch as they always do for 2 years now, and the sidewalks still have grass all over them.

Blade runners does a wonderful job keeping the large and small common areas in our community’s beautiful each year! They are professional experts and I look forward to hiring them for my property soon!

I had a great experience with Blade Runners, very professional, also very reliable. I will be using them from now on for sure. As a former landscaper they certainly exceeded my expectations.

The church I go to has had a contract with Blade Runners for years and just renewed it. Competitive pricing and reliability is what won it. We have a large property and BR have been good about accomodating special requirements related to our preschool - particulary chemicals and accomodating schedules. As the lead on B&G I deal with them so I can testify fairly on the service.

Wow!! Blade Runners pulled double duty this week.......snow one day and back to spring clean-up, flowers and mulching the next. I visited my mothers condo development and the place looks great.........looking like spring even if it doesn't feel like spring!! Great Job.

They do a great job at our townhouse community. If we have a concern, they address it right away. Separately, I hired them to cut down a tree on my property and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would hire them again.

Blade Runners had been providing their services to the community I live in and they always leave the property looking green and clean! Their workers are efficient and do a really good job!

Hey, Blade Runner workers pulled out my heirloom flowers and trampled my garden, despite my townhouse being on the Do Not Touch list. Other area homeowners have shared similar horror tales. I hoped for a personal response(apology) but have heard nothing.

Blade Runners is the best landscaping company with which I have ever dealt. They have been doing our lawn, shrubbery, and bed maintenance for over a decade. Their value for service is unequaled.

Our HOA has a contract with them. My yard is marked "DO NOT TOUCH" as I have created my own native garden. They have failed on multiple occasions to follow this and have damaged plants. Today, I found them trimming my front tree. I told them to stop and they moved to another side and went to trim it again and I told them to again stop. I called and left a message for the owner and when he called me back his excuse was that my yard wasn't marked for "no tree trimming". What else does "DO NOT TOUCH" mean?? I subsequently learned later from the HOA manager that tree trimming services isn't even in our contract so they shouldn't have been trimming ANY trees in the neighborhood much less mine! The project manager also lied to the HOA manager telling her he had tried contacting me several times regarding the last incidence when they trimmed vines on my fence. I work from home and no notices were left at my house nor did I have any missed calls from him. The company can't get their act together and provide the proper services to the neighborhood and follow the guidelines they set in place.
