Thanks for plowing our street last evening. I guess we don't matter because we aren't a business or a rich community. Thanks for letting your phone go straight to voicemail - what great customer service. The business I work at uses blade runners and they have always provided excellent service for snow removal. However, the plowing service they provide for communities is terrible and the customer service related to plowing snow is horrible. It would be nice if you all could get it together on the business side of things and get our little community back on our feet so we can get back to work and make money so we can feed our families. You are Blade Runners, it would be nice to see you run a plow blade across the roads in our community.

They were responsive and professional by email. Although there was a slight oversight, they resolved the matter quickly (within 24 hours) and did a very good job for us. They sent enough guys to do our small job and was very thorough during the project, as well as cleaning up afterwards.

Blade Runners has provided landscape services for several of the communities we manage, and some communities have used there services to great satisfaction for over 15 years. Blade Runners email alert communications in preparation of upcoming storms and events has been a valuable tool for the Board of Directors. They have always strived to provide the best service in a prompt manner.

Very good company, very professional and knowledgeable in what they do highly recommended.

Our HOA uses these guys. Come thru random times during the week, with old gas-powered leaf blowers, edgers, and mowers.

Hard to work from home and conference with this noise, esp. when several people w/ blowers all arrive at once.

I even saw a few of them not wearing any hearing protection, with sound levels approaching a 757 taking off.

Wish our HOA would insist on battery-powered equipment like some HOAs and towns do, but they'd prob. charge us more and we'd have objections to that.

I highly recommend NOT using this company. Blade Runner Professional Services Pest Control has got to be the rudest people I have ever encountered. Besides using the same stuff you can get at Home Depot... I have watched them poor in their spray containers.... They show up at my neighbor's house at 6:30 in the evening and run the machine outdoors that is very very loud. Like most everybody we work for a living. we come home and we want to have a quiet relaxing evening in our neighborhood. Spring is here and we do not get too many nice evenings to sit out in Oklahoma but this guy just doesn't care. This gentleman continues to disrupt the quiet the evening for everybody with no regard to the people in the neighborhood. Yet they call themselves a Christian company. A Christian guy with no regard for others, disregard for others. When I complained to Butch Dilles I was told just go call the cops, another fine Christian reaction Christians like this make me not want to be a Christian. This is just the kind of Christian God wants.
I can only hope that I can find where this guy lives so I can go run a loud machine when he's trying to relax.

My cluster in Reston never looked better! Blade Runners are responsible, responsive, do an amazing job, and have excellent equipment. They make my job as an HOA VP super easy.

Highly recommend Blade Runners. I had bought a house on a busy road and the front yard was horrible. There was barely any grass, not many flowers etc. I called a few companies and found Blade Runners could come out and take a few pictures and give an estimate. They gave me some ideas on what could be done with the front yard and different price ranges. I choose them since their design ideas seemed so perfect for my house. I never could of thought up their landscaping designs by myself! Price was decent too. Thank You so much for making my front yard look like it the front cover to a magazine!

Blade Runners provides grounds maintenance and snow removal services for a large percentage of our clients. They unfailingly do a good job and are intimately familiar with the nuances of providing such services for community associations. I would recommend Eric's operation without reservation.

We had an old hedge taken out on our lawn. The communication was great, their team showed up on time, did a good job, and I felt like the price was fair. They also do the lawn maintenance for our neighborhood, and they always keep it looking really nice.

I have had Blade Runners perform numerous jobs. They have done simple work such as mulching and mowing to very complex retaining walls and drainage systems. All work was excellent and have never been dissatisfied. In life, it is all about communication and they communicate very well. Rarely, if there was something that was not right, they came back and made it right. They have been in business for a long time (over 20 years..? ) You stay around that long by performing quality service at fair prices. Simple as that....

Great work and fair prices. I have used Blade Runners on numerous occasions for several years, and I am always pleased with the results. These days everybody with a mower and a trailer calls themselves a "landscaping service", but Blade Runners is the real deal.

Blade Runners Inc. has successfully completed several projects at our home over the years. In all cases we have been quite satisfied with their work. For several months we had a problem with improper rain water run-off, which was causing flooding in our basement. Blade Runners installed two underground drain pipes from our downspouts, brought in good quality topsoil and graded and seeded the area so that the water would be diverted from our home. Thanks to your excellent work we have avoided the band-aid solution of a sump pump with battery backup.

I wanted to add to my review, have been very happy with their work at my HOA for many years.

It always upsets me when I read these reviews on line, during the most recent blizzard and it was the largest blizard in the area and the fourth biggest blizzard to hit the East Coast in the past 60 years Blade Runners did what I thought was a good job. Was it perfect, no but hell the county couldn't even clear their roads. Where did these people think they were going to go? Over all very happy with the service I was happy with the communication they provided my community and to me and overall I will continue to use them in my association is long as I am involved on the Board of Directors. Thanks again blade runner for all your help we look forward to working with you for many more years

Love everyone at Blade Runners. Warm and professional. They take great care of our neighborhood, and they did a terrific job installing French drains in our backyard. They went the extra mile of clearing weeds and brush after, no charge ~ our yard looked amazing.

Bladerunners does an exceptional job, at a competitive price. I've used them for over 10 years on my property and can say definitively that when I DON'T use them, I regret it. I can't begin to count the compliments I receive on the health of our lawn. Great job guys - keep it up!

Blade Runner's was helpful from the first call to the office. We had someone out the next day and have been very pleased with the work done. We have only used the lawn mowing services but it has worked out well. They come every 7-10 days.

Updated 08-20-2019 - just wanted to say how happy I was with our recent interaction with our account manager. He took time out of his evening to attend a recent Board meeting to help answer questions and go over options for our contract renewal. It was much appreciated, especially for the newer members and residents!

I have used Blade Runners for many years for our HOA, I used to be on the board but now just a resident and work on the landscape committee. We have had the same account manager for many years and they respond quickly, answer questions, and offer suggestions. I'd be happy to recommend them to others that need a good HOA grounds maintenance/ landscape maintenance company.
