We needed 2 large bushes removed from our property. I received a response within 24 hours of my email request. The price was very reasonable and the landscapers did an excellent job pulling the bushes out and cleaning the area afterwards. Will definitely consider Blade Runners for future needs.

I have used Blade Runners for my yard care and maintanance with great results. They also did drainage work for our association behind my house. They did a great job and made sure to keep the area clean while they were working. Highly recommend them!

I have recently joined the board of my condo/ townhouse community. I am in the process of reviewing contracts the association has with our vendors. I have now met with my Blade Runners rep 2 times, they have been responsive and easy to work with. I email them, they email me back need info they provide. When we walked the grounds they suggested areas of improvement and provided cost, we found one area and they said "this is up to our standards" and had it back in shape the next visit. Nice to have a good interaction, with this contractor.

Blade Runners has pruned a beautiful old tree on our property so that it stays in good health and has removed another old tree that was not healthy. Both times, The work was done professionally, efficiently, and timely. Blade Runners also cares for the landscaping in our townhome cluster and the community common grounds look amazing.

We engaged blade runners a few years ago to mow our grass each season. They always did a great job! This year we expanded the service to include spring edging, trimming, and mulching. We were even more impressed. Our yard looks amazing thanks to the blade, runners staff, Amy, who set it all up for us!

I've seen things, you people wouldn't believe, attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion, I've watched C-beams glitter in the dark near Tannhauser Gate, all those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain

We have been very satisfied with Blade Runners' work over the years. Their team has kept several large, mature trees on our property well-pruned and healthy. In addition, we recently had them remove an 80-foot tall maple tree that had reached the end of its life. The removal process was very well executed. Minimal disruption for such a large project and so quick. The team kept the project site neat and tidy. Communication throughout was excellent. Would strongly recommend Blade Runners to anyone and how can you not love their name??

Update: They did come and remove the neighbors leaves yesterday, 12/18/2024. I had already blew mine back into one of our gardens because with the rain and such, I wasn't sure when they would come back and I didn't want the grass to die in the gutter area. Thank you.
Blade Runners, "picked up", leaves for our area last week in Reston, Va. They picked up a large pile of leaves on one side of my own driveway, however, they neglected to continue to the other side of the driveway and also didn't pick up the leaves in the gutters from my neighbors. When we sent an email to our HOA, Blade Runners responded and stated that the hose for their leaf truck couldn't reach the gutters and asked that we move the leaves closer to the street. If that was truly the case, then how did Blade Runners pick up the big pile of leaves by my driveway that were in the gutter? I personally saw the leaf pick up truck and the accordian hose is more than capable of reaching over 4 feet into the gutters. Their complete lack of customer service and unprofessionalism for only 10 minutes of work required is unbelievable. Don't use them, they are lazy, they don't care about the customer, just the paycheck. We will be submitting our vote to discontinue their services at all HOA meetings. -
My hoa uses this company and they make the street and sidewalk clean BUT blow all the debris into my yard and neighbors yards. They also can’t identify what is grass and what is a hydrangea bush as they decided to weed whack my hydrangea bush to the roots. If you’re looking for a landscape company I’d suggest finding one that actually knows what they are doing and that won’t destroy your plants.
-
If your hoa uses them for community mowing be sure to keep a close eye as they run heavy equipment along fence lines causing damages to personal fencing and don’t take any accountability for the damage they cause. Thanks for damaging my fence.

Find someone else, they have stopped answering or returning our HOA phone calls after they failed to salt/sand our neighborhood prior to the snow storm, they did plow once about 2 hours into the 2 day snow storm and didn’t reapply salt. Now it’s 3 days later and we have 6-8 inches of frozen solid ice up our culdesac. So far there have been 4 cars stuck.
Do yourself and your neighborhood a favor and find a different company. -
They plowed our neighborhood (Timbers HOA- Forest Creek Ct.) once and basically trapped all the cars in the middle parking lot. This was yesterday. I had to spend hours on end shoveling to get my car out. This company has severely inconvenienced myself and all my neighbors. If you’re an HOA looking for a contract, do not contact blade runners.

My HOA uses this company and I’m constantly asking them not to blow debris and weeds into my small yard. When they do leaves in the fall my entire front yard is filled up to my door with leaves they blow into the woods and use my yard as a place to pile them. It makes it VERY hard to try to keep my yard nice. I’ve called them with my concerns before and the manager laughed it off saying they don’t do that…

The Brightview team is great to work with, and always attentive to our community landscaping needs.

Excellent company if you want your vehicles and property damaged with a "Sorry, that's your problem now" email. Basically a bull in a China shop.

This company do Not care about the environment, our community contact them to do “dormant pruning ” they mutilated a lot of plants and now they now going to grow until 3 to 5 years. I walked out to asked the manager and he didn’t even knew what plant they were trimming.
They cut out a lot of azeleas making the community sad. Please no not used this company at all! Not professional -

BrightView is a contractor for 1 my communities that I manage. When they first started there were a couple of concerns that the board was having which was bought to BrightView's attention. They spoke with the board members regarding their concerns. They now have a good rapport and the community is very satisfied with there performance.
