Christopher's two-man crew showed up on time, introduced themselves to us, isolated the multi-piece sofa to be cleaned, and set to work. They did a thorough and neat job. Our sofa looks much better now.

I have been a Christopher’s customer for about 3-4 years and was very disappointed with my most recent cleaning. The team was 30 minutes late and they were not transparent about what they were charging and why. This lack of transparency was especially frustrating because the basis for the charge appears to have been the result of a policy change which I was told when I called Christopher’s office should have been explained to me by the team lead when he arrived-it was not. I don’t mind paying for good service, and I in fact paid the full charge but I do expect to be apprised of what I’m paying for.

Christopher’s team did not provide pricing for the upholstery protection before performing it, but that isn’t even the basis of my complaint here. I would also note that I received repeated requests to provide a review of the service I received. Christopher’s requested I provide a review and I did so, and if it isn’t to their liking, that’s not my problem.

They did a fantastic job! They took the time to explain their cleaning process clearly and arrived right on time. We had a linen chair that we thought was beyond saving, but they brought it back to life beautifully. Excellent service, professional team, and great results — highly recommend!

We did a big renovation in 2022, which included installing carpet or rugs in 6 rooms. Plus upholstered furniture. Add to that a puppy. We have signed up for their mid-line annual service contract for fabric protection since then. This contract gives a discount on clean- up visits to deal with doggie accidents (plus a bottle of red wine that was knocked over onto one of those new rugs). We were scheduled quickly, I think generally the next day. Christopher’s technicians have been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. . So far everything we have called them for has been completely cleaned up, both hygienically and cosmetically . It has been a huge relief to have the textile services that Christopher’s provides. .

Christopher’s is not inexpensive, but it is very worth it if one wants to preserve and protect one’s significant investment in home or office textiles.

Don't let Chrisopher's touch your velvet! After their cleaning treatment, the velvet pile on my custom-made chairs was permanently crushed. They tried numerous times to fix it, but they couldn't. My beautiful chairs now appear worn, uneven and old....like they were purchased in a thrift shop. Christopher's made a mistake and ruined them. I am now paying $3,100 to have them reupholstered. After protracted messages and conversations, Christopher's has only agreed to refund my cleaning fee. Beware! When Christopher's makes a mistake, they will take no responsibility. (I am sure this reivew will be followed by Christopher's trying to explain how they have cleaned 5,000 chairs and never had problems...but they do!)

By far the best in the area. Great customer service, always prompt and aims for complete satisfaction. I've been using Christopher's for many years and never had one issue. I only trust them with my fone fabrics. It always amazes me how they make my outdoor cushions look brand new.

I thought my outdoor cushions were headed to the trash until I called Christopher’s. Great customer service. I didn’t have to be home for pickup or drop off, the price was reasonable, and most importantly, the cushions look brand new again. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Service completed with a part-of-the-plan follow-up spot-check visit/treatment (no extra charge) in early-January. Just a few finishing touches made the final result even better … bright white is back

We've been using Christopher's to clean and store our patio furniture every winter. We appreciate their excellent service and communication - it's always been a pleasure dealing with them, and it has greatly extended the lifetime of our patio furniture.

I have used Christopher's for years for both furniture cleaning/maintenance and rug cleaning. They are consistently professional, punctual, and deliver great results. I have several older Persian carpets that they have cared for beautifully over the years. They came highly recommended by a friend at the Washington Design Center - terrific recommendation!

I contacted Christopher’s to schedule a cleaning of my wall to wall carpets and large area rugs. The guys did a superb job, were very informative, and worked efficiently and thoroughly. They also cleaned my upholstered furniture. I am extremely pleased with their work, the results and the very reasonable cost. I’ll be using Christopher’s again!

I had my antique rug repaired from moth damage and they did a great job! Heart broken at the severity of the damage. Christopher’s carpet repair services brought it back to life. It looks beautiful. I am so grateful!

Christopher’s is an amazing company. I will work with them for all future upholstery & carpet cleaning needs. They make the whole experience from booking and day-of cleaning extremely easy. No truck to park with hoses… They use mobile washers and are in and out without needing to disrupt the home. Shout-out to Nick Vasquez for *outstanding service.* 10/10 recommend Nick!

Well organized firm. This was the first experience I’ve had with cleaning of an oriental rug. They were polite, professional and answered my questions with confidence. The men who retrieved and delivered my rug were friendly and polite. Most importantly the rug is bright and beautiful after their efficient cleaning. Looking forward to using t again!!!

Christopher’s did a great job of cleaning and disinfecting our cushions for our furniture. Although it did take a little bit of time, it was well worth it that they did not rush and turned out quality work! I would highly recommend them for your furniture cushion cleaning needs.

Red wine had splattered onto my good carpet and I was worried it wouldn’t come out. Someone from Christopher’s came two days later and within 10 min got the stains out. It felt like a miracle.

I was recommended to Christophers by a good friend and my listserv. I called for an appointment and they got me in the same week. The technician did a wonderful job. My two white sofas look like new. He was efficient tidy and courteous. The cost was reasonable.
