They are very meticulous and clean, and they work diligently. I was very satisfied.

He Cleaning Authority team of Sheila and Linette are very quick and efficient. They do excellent work and I trust them completely to clean up the whole house and leave it looking perfect!

First, I got a subscription, and they have been charging $39.99 every month on my husband’s account. I rescheduled two times because we were unable to receive the services, but they continued to charge us each month.

When I finally scheduled a cleaning for February 28, I received a confirmation email. However, the lady assigned to clean our house rescheduled on her own. I called her and explained that I still needed a cleaning, and she agreed to put me on her schedule. Despite this, I noticed a charge of $138 on my account.

This has been a frustrating experience with poor customer service. Please do not subscribe to their services; they also charge cancellation fees. If they had communicated better, we would have been satisfied. None of this was mentioned in the contract, and the quality of the cleaning is not what I expected..

My house is always left spotlessly clean and I feel so blessed to have had the same team for almost nine years. Sheila and Linet are the dream team for this company and are total rockstars!

After months of searching I was able to find a reasonably priced cleaning company for my small condo. The cleaners are always on time, always professional and do a great job. Communication with the company has been easy and they respond quickly. So glad I found them.

These lovely ladies were so accommodating with my house full of teenagers home for the holidays! I appreciate their flexibility and efficiency to get the job done 💪

Zulema and Ana did a lovely job. I would like them to clean my house every time I have a cleaning. There are different cleaning crews that are sent out. These two specific ladies I give 5 stars. They helped me by doing a thorough cleaning job as I was in the hospital and couldn’t tidy up before hand. They didn’t break anything as my previous cleaning person did and didn’t leave Dust partials around. I am very happy with their cleaning job and would def recommend these two ladies for anyone needing a thorough cleaning. They were very polite as well. Thank you Zulema and Ana 💕💕💕😊😊😊

The ladies did a great job on a deep clean that took well into the afternoon. They were friendly and curtious. When they had gone I noticed a couple of things they missed. (My list was extensive!) The manager had them come back and handle those couple of things. The women were very apologetic and made every effort to make sure I was completely satisfied. My house hasn't been this clean in forever.
Also, I did not hear the manager knock on my door for the initial walk through. I also did not hear my phone. She was kind enough to return right away when I called to confirm the time of the appointment, even though it was my mistake.
Would highly recommend.

Two maids do an excellent job of keeping my house clean

I’ve used several cleaning services in the past, but this company is by far the best. They are incredibly thorough, punctual, and professional. Every room was spotless, and they clearly take great pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality cleaning team!
