The staff are friendly, there is a set price, there are discounts available. i asked them to fold all my clothes for an extra $10 even though it isn't an extra service option, they accepted. Overall, they are organized and excellent.

The customer service with urban clean pro is quite impressive. Very quick response time, the online scheduling system is very easy to navigate. Thorough cleaning service. I would happily use them again.

I booked everything online easily but the system was down the first time and they didn't show. The owner called me to explain and reschedule. While she was a half hour late, I was satisfied with the cleaning afterwards. She wore a mask and gloves the whole time. She took the full two hours after being late to clean and I was especially happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom/bathtub afterwards.

I have been using urban clean pro for the past 6 months and they do a really good job. They are responsive and flexible their prices are reasonable. They are very professional and trustworthy so I don't worry about a thing while they clean and I am at work. It was a joy to meet and work with them.

Urban clean professionals has probably been the best maid service I have ever had. They are reliable and went beyond what I expected for cleaning service. They bring their own supplies and worked fast. My 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apt looks marvelous and they even cleaned the balcony without me asking. I highly recommend!

The ladies who have cleaned my house have always done a really good job. Fixtures are shiny, carpets clean,and bathrooms clean and smell great. Very happy with their work and I also like the fact that there are different types of services so you can select how often they clean and how much you pay. It isn't only one service that is offered. The staff are always friendly and professional. We have used The Maids to do routine cleanings at our house for the past few months and just had them do a moving clean for our rental. They always do a fantastic job and they left our old rental spotless! We plan to continue to use The Maids at our new residence.

It’s always nice to come home after The Maids have been here. The kitchen is spotless , carpet nicely vacuumed and the bathroom has nice organization of the items in front of the mirror. They get the job done quickly.

Great cleaning by cleaners that have been cleaning for a long time. They did a great job. Today, our usual team, Team Nine, with four members was in and out within one hour. Our home looks great!

For the last 18 years, I have depended on "The Maids" to keep my home spotless; I have never been disappointed with the service this company provides. The team arrives at the time scheduled, works independently and as a team, and provides very professional service.

We booked the maids fairfax for the first time for a move in clean. The house we bought was not disgusting by any means, but definitely needed a thorough cleaning before move in so we could feel comfortable putting our stuff away. I scheduled the clean for before our move in date so that we would have plenty of time.
First, they were late and came way past their window. We weren’t even living there yet so we were waiting for hours at a place where there was nothing. There was no communication about them running late, no communication with the team when they finished the clean- just no communication at all whatsoever. When we came back we had to guess what was done, and my guess is not much. After paying over $400 for the clean, I still had to scrub many places down..especially the kitchen. Honestly the more time I spent unpacking and inevitably cleaning spots where I could put things away I’m completely convinced that the only thing they touched was the floors. Which for $400 is ridiculous, especially after I told the person on the phone I wanted EVERYTHING cleaned including drawers, windows, the walls etc. I was willing to pay the estimate and more in order to get the job done right. But nothing seemed to be done. The kitchen cabinet and drawers were still yellow and grey with stains and I went through a whole box of magic erasers cleaning what they missed just in the kitchen alone. I am so incredibly disappointed in the work they did or more accurately didn’t do… I’m sure it depends on the team you end up getting and maybe they’re better about smaller cleans. But for a company that touts cleaning for hygiene and a 22 step cleaning process… I’m so disappointed. I will be looking for another cleaning company for future cleans as I was going to book this one for a biweekly clean if it turned out okay but clearly it just didn’t
