My furnace was continuing to shut down because the thermostat would periodically go completely off. It turned out to be caused by an obscure problem but Cropp Metcalf was very responsive sent a service technically quickly to get it fixed. The technician, Daniel Lopez did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He let me know what was going on during the process and explained things in clear, understandable language. Thank you.

Daniel and Ryan did an amazing job of explaining the HVAC system of our house as we became the new owners.

We had CroppMetcalgfe install a new heating unit in the spring. Unfortunately, it stopped working this fall, once it colder and we had to use. First tech shows up the next day, says he fixed it and leaves. 2 hours later it stopped working again. We call back and next tech comes on next working day. He states that a part needs to be ordered and that he puts in a rush order. He says that while the unit is running for now, it's hard to say for how long. A week passes and we hear nothing. I call to inquire and I'm told the department has gone home for the day but that they will call me back with an update tomorrow. Never got the call-back. I call again, and I'm told that they can't reach that department but will call back. That never happened either. I call a 3rd time, they promise again to get back to me. The next day they leave me a voicemail saying that I'm scheduled for today - this afternoon. Nobody showed up. I call and I'm told I'm on the schedule now for Monday and that I was not on the schedule for today. All this trouble for a new heating unit that they installed with what appears to be a faulty part to begin with. Save yourselves the trouble and stress and hire somebody else.
