My furnace was continuing to shut down because the thermostat would periodically go completely off. It turned out to be caused by an obscure problem but Cropp Metcalf was very responsive sent a service technically quickly to get it fixed. The technician, Daniel Lopez did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He let me know what was going on during the process and explained things in clear, understandable language. Thank you.

On a Sunday morning I woke to a cold house. My furnace malfunctioned and was inoperable. After unsuccessfully calling another company I reached out to Cropp Metcalfe. He responded to every question I had quickly and thoroughly, explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. I appreciated his steady, systematic approach throughout the day until the installation was finished.

Anthony was very thorough servicing both our furnace and air conditioner. Explained everything extremely well, pointed out all the issues we might encounter and even how to add some additional features to make it better. Highly recommend.

On time, professional, knowledgeable, was able to get The problem diagnosed in order a replacement motor within 45 min. The one year service contract reduced the fees. This is a great company to deal with, they Arranged next day appointment and andkept me up-to-date regarding the arrival of the serviceman. So I had the motor replace and also the motherboard (4 zone system). As soon as the parts came in, the service person ( same one on all three visits) was able to install the parts, spoke with the technical support team from the manufacturer, and got the program reinstalled and fully up and running. Very professional and resolved a complicated problem on a complex unit.

Semi-annual warranty service is comprehensive and professional. Not a quick once over, I appreciate the proactive maintenance and explanation of work performed and why it was necessary. Good job.

Michael Perry came out the next day, listened carefully to what we wanted done and then looked over our electrical situation. He prepared a detailed quote and explained every part of it. The next business day he and Pete came over, and in less than two hours, they completed the job, including cleaning up the work area. The men were professional, polite, friendly and efficient. We now have an electrician!

AJ is very fast and knowledgeable. He diagnoses and fixes problems that other plumbers have not resolved. My only complaint is that he doesn’t always clean up thoroughly. However, this seems to be common with plumbers….

The guys were great, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. My old AC system went down and they worked with me to get a new system purchased and installed quickly (within three days!). Jason Salgado did a great job on our annual service for the heaters. He inspected the units and changed the filters and since he had been here before, knew he needed a special ladder to access the attic. He was careful not to let the cat outside. We have been using CroppMetcalfe for 5 years and appreciate their customer service and excellent technicians.
