The Grout Genie

Brad far exceeded my expectations! We hired Grout Genie because we had mold behind our shower wall and it had not been properly sealed. I expected them to spend a few hours and re-seal it. What I did not expect was that it would look like a whole new bathroom! Brad somehow managed to remove years of stains. It took him 2 hours longer to finish than he initially expected, but he seemed determined to stay until every last crack was perfectly grouted. Thanks, Brad!

Richard and Josh came out and did an amazing job cleaning our 3 bathrooms and resealing the grout. Richard has a wealth of knowledge about bathroom construction and was able to diagnose a number of issues with the way our showers were constructed. He helped us come up with a plan to reseal the grout in the showers and improve the waterproofing of the floors. There was clear communication throughout the planning and execution, and they were always punctual and courteous. Excellent work, and I won’t hesitate to use Grout Genie again.

My master shower needed work done regarding fixing a shower curb, grout update and a deep cleaning. I spoke with 3 separate companies and what made me chose The Grout Genie was during the consultation I immediately knew they were going to be my choice because of the technical knowledge they had, the questions they asked, and their explanation of what was causing the problem with the shower curb and grout. After the consultation the work order estimate was sent in a timely manner, and it was very easy to process and sign off on the project.

The work order was separated into 2 separate projects: Shower Curb Replacement and Tile/Shower Grout Cleaning.
The first part of the project was The Shower Curb Replacement. This included removing the glass doors, removal of titles from top of shower curb, fixing damaged substrate, installing water proofing to top of curb. Installing single piece slab to top of shower curb and Installing epoxy grout.

Rich and James did an outstanding job and explained the work that they were going to be doing each day. In addition, Rich was incredibly knowledgeable and taught me a lot about how to properly select contractors for any house project, renovation, and repair. Rich and James were extremely professional and detailed oriented. After they completed the work Rich also explained the process for the second part of the project. Rich even followed up the day before part 2 began to give me a heads up on next steps. Their work was exceptional, and their customer support was greatly appreciated. There are not many people like Rich that know exactly what he is doing and also really care about his customers. I give them 5 stars and would highly recommend The Grout Genie to anyone.

The second part of the project was Grout and Title Repair and Cleaning. This included cleaning title on the interior of shower enclosure, shower walls, shower floor, remove soap scum/mold/mildew, tile drain cleaning, silicone replacement remove old caulk/silicone or loose grout and apply all new silicone. Brad arrived on-time and explained the work that he was going to be doing. Upon completion of the work my shower looks brand new and is outstanding. I couldn’t be happier.

Across both projects the results were excellent. 5 stars across the board and I would hire The Grout Genie and their team again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, effort, and support.
