Tree reviews in Fairfax, Virginia

I’m writing this 10 days after the stumps were ground out and the wood chip piles have still not been removed. If you’re looking for quick service, I’d suggest elsewhere. However, the tree removal crew and crane operator were highly skilled and did a very careful and complete job removing my trees. Ronnie who coordinates the tree removal and Sarah in the front office are both very communicative and responsive. It was a great customer experience until now, and there still has been no date scheduled for removing the wood chips.

Luis was very easy to work with; I had a quote within 24 hours to take down 2 Pine trees. He and his crew took great care not to cause any issues with the neighbors(trees on property line, only access via neighbor's drive). They set to work immediately on arrival. In 4 hours they had 2 70 ft white pines down, area cleaned and all debris removed. My neighbor was quite pleased with their clean up. I was quite impressed and pleased with their work. I will use them again and recommend them to friends.

Excellent service from start to finish! The JL Tree Service team was professional, punctual, and efficient. They gave a fair quote, completed the job safely, and cleaned up everything afterward. Their staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them for anyone needing tree removal or trimming in Northern Virginia.

🌟 Outstanding Job by JL Tree Service in Springfield, Virginia 🌟

The crew from JL Tree Service, Group 29, led by Francis, did an outstanding job at my home in Springfield, Virginia. They safely trimmed massive overhanging branches—some as large as small trees— above my roof and deck, eliminating the danger while preserving the tree’s natural shape and health.

This was extensive, complex work that required a crane, a large chipper and expert knowledge of trees. Their coordination, communication, and respect for the property were exceptional. You could truly tell they take pride in their work. The team was professional, efficient, and left the area completely clean.

A special thanks to Bill for his earlier visit and for coordinating so this crew could complete the work smoothly. I highly recommend JL Tree Service and this outstanding team.

We've wrapped up our spring cleaning and mulching, and we're thrilled with the results. The pricing was also incredibly reasonable.

Green technique did an amazing job building me a patio at my house, will definitely be using them again for any future projects I have planned.

Great Job from green Technique ! Their team recommended sustainable solutions, preserving the beauty of our property while ensuring environmental responsibility. We're thrilled with the results and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for tree care and landscaping!"

Recently had my patio remodeled and a fence put up by green technique. They went above and beyond to ensure the job was done on time, and correctly. They even took their time meticulously cleaning after the job was complete so that there was no left over mess. Could not recommend them more. The gentlemen I spoke with was very professional and understanding of the specific way I wanted things to be done. 10/10 will definitely use them again for any landscaping and future renovations.

Had an easy and wonderful business experience with Rolando at Green Technique! Great communication and service from beginning to end. Extremely knowledgeable and professional on tree removal and landscaping services. Pricing is fair and competitive. Will continue to do business with them. 100% recommend to everyone.

We have used R&S every year and that's for a reason - they are reliable, experienced, helpful, care about their job....all while being reasonably priced. My husband won't even let me attempt to get estimates from other companies because he only trusts R&S.

Roberto and his crew came and completed the job and half a day. The top dressed my lawn and installed 2 French drains and leveled the lawn as I had issues of standing water killing my grass and creating fungi issues on the grass. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the job. Very reasonably priced.

Roberto was very pleasant to deal with and his crew worked incredibly hard for almost 12 hours to finish taking down trees in my yard in one day. Also, his price was substantially lower than the other quotes I received. Would highly recommend!

Roberto, the owner, is a wonderful guy, and his crew is polite and hard-working. They cleared and prepped our crazy overgrowth yard efficiently and thoroughly, giving us a beautiful new space to work with, in a faster time and better pricing than others estimated.

They will be our go-to for landscaping services going forward.

Thank you, Roberto & RS Team!

The crew arrived early for the job. We walked the area to discuss what should be done. They completed everything for a large job in one day. The crew even dug up my Hydrangeas so they wouldn't get trampled. At the end of the day, they replanted the Hydrangeas. Excellent job. I am very satisfied with their work.

they removed a significant amount of large and small branches as well as one mega old tree, and they also do fence repair. They did a significant amount of work in one day, they were incredibly polite, went out of their way to take care of things and the price was amazing

Well under the first estimate I got for
more work

They also do any type of landscaping so I’m not sure why they don’t listed here. Super super impressed I’m really glad Friend referred me to them

They have done a professional job on a reasonable price. They cut the trees and removed the stump as we agreed. After they cut the trees and removed the stump they cleaned the entire premises very well. The workers were friendly and professional. This is the fourth time that I have used their service and I am always happy with their work. I highly recommend this company.

'Roberto, David and the crew did an outstanding job clearing trees, branches and underbrush in our neighborhood this year. Pricing was very reasonable, and Roberto and David are helpful, friendly and easy to deal with.

We live in a wooded neighborhood, and most of the neighbors use RS Tree. We highly recommend them.

RS Tree & Landscaping has done numerous tree jobs around my house - both emergency and planned - always fair enough pricing that I’m not compelled to spend days looking for competing bids. Workers are professional and courteous. Definitely my go-to for tree work, and good work on a damaged fence also. Built, painted & repaired in good time.

RS Tree & Landscaping are wonderful people. I have worked with the owner for years. His company has landscaped, planted trees, removed trees and grinded stumps in my yard. His crew clean up everything. Very professional in all they do. Great pricing also.

They did a great job for us. We had them remove about a dozen small trees and trim a high row of bushes. They were incredibly responsive, gave a fair estimate, and did excellent work. Recommended.
