Call Andrey! Absolutely a 5-star rating. We contacted Andrey Saturday afternoon, our washer machine broke and flooded our basement while we were frantically home with a newborn and toddler. Andrey and his team at Ultimate Water Damage showed up quickly after a water leak and had the wet materials removed and fans installed within hours. They ran the system until it was all dried, and then cleaned up and removed everything very well. Even painted and repaired and coordinated w my insurance company. Very friendly and communicative. Trust me, use these guys. I had unfortunate water damage that lead to mold growth. Had multiple companies come out and give quotes but Andrey was the only one who took the time to locate the slow leak causing the issue. He and his guys were as responsive as it gets with their mitigation work. They worked quickly and explained what needed to be done. He’s a very knowledgeable guy and you won’t go wrong by using them, I promise.

Andrey came by that day; his crew started remediating within a few days and repaired/painted the drywall shortly after that. Basement was back to normal within the week.

I could not recommend Andrey and his crew highly enough! Andrey came to my home on the same day I called to help with a MAJOR water leak that had damaged 3 stories of my house. We ended up needing restoration to three floors, two ceilings and multiple walls. This ended up being a huge project not only to dry everything out but then to put it back together. I had full confidence in their abilities throughout and was very happy with the crews that were sent in. All of the workers were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. They were up front about cost, timing and scope of work. I was able to contact them at any time and always received a very quick response. After the job was complete Andrey even came back to give advice on a separate water issue I was having at no charge. I called Ultimate Water Damage after a water supply pipe burst within my rental unit. Within 3 hours Andrey and his team showed up and performed the water mitigation service without even requesting a deposit to begin the work! He provided a written estimate for the mitigation and repairs to my insurance company and performed all to perfection! The insurance company took over two months to finally pay them for all of the work they performed, but Ultimate NEVER harassed me for payment…even though I felt terrible about the whole situation. Bottom line, the insurance company finally settled the claim and Ultimate Water Damage is on my speed dial for any future issues with my properties. They are truly AMAZING at what they do!

It was evening when we called, and they were onsite with all the equipment in less than an hour. Andrey made sure our space was completely dry before leaving. He also helped out in working with insurance and finding contractors to do the repair (painting and carpeting). On top of all that, he is very personable and easy to chat with. Very reliable and supportive company to assist and solve problems quickly and efficiently. I had a water leakage in my house one day before my granddaughter's birthday party. I was very lucky to be connected to Andrey, the manager of the company. He was very diligent and successful to manage the drying of the affected areas to prevent serious issues which allowed us to have the party safely. I cannot count how many trips this guy made to the house with his staff to continue with the complete drying for 5-6 days.
